“I don’t remember if I gave some thoughts on the Fluid XXL-S for us heavier guys. I’m 186cm and 97kg.
This foil is a blend of everything that we enjoy about wing foiling.
It’s fast, has a beautiful graceful feeling in the curves, and gets through the transitions with no need to rush. When it is necessary to pump to get onto foil, it has a really user-friendly feeling – the foil starts to grip in a progressive and soft way on successive pumps until the flight is launched – the user-friendliness is on the level of a Curve for this. But with a large amount of extra performance!
It is an EXCELLENT progression from something like a Curve XLT – great in light wind for heavier riders, BUT it is also a full-send when the conditions come stronger, without becoming nervous at speed, or putting too much on the front foot. A really great all around foil, with great rail to rail too.”
