First hand feedback from our team rider Max Robinson who’s been using the Neutra and Droid UPE from the Team Series collection, in all types of conditions, both in free session and in contests.

A substantial performance boost

“I have been using the Droid UPE and Neutra UPE wings this past summer and autumn and have been loving them every time I hit the water. Compared to classic dacron wings, it gives a substantial performance boost. The wings are lighter, more rigid, and therefore, more responsive which allows for maximum performance and feedback for its sizes. Especially with the Droid UPE 6.0 in light winds, due to its amazing efficiency, when I combine it with the HIPE Cruzader and Sirus XL, in as little as 4 knots I can get up on the foil, and in 6 knots I can ride comfortably with very little pumping.”

Rigid handles propel you up onto the foil quicker than ever

“Combined with the rigid handles, the UPE wings are incredible to pump with all the effort put into the wing when pulling on it translating directly into power. This increases your speed and propels you up onto the foil quicker than ever. I can’t wait to get back on the water with mine soon!”

“While utilizing it in freestyle sessions, this responsiveness translates into an incredible pull, propelling me through rotations faster than anything I’ve ever used. Backflips, front flips, and all radical maneuvers are much more accessible. Now, with the addition of the boom, freestyle is more enjoyable than ever!”
