Test of the Curve H V3 in size XL by Tytouan in surf foil: taking off, wave riding and pumping.

Surf-foiler: Ahiri, with a Lance EPS and Curve V3 foil.
Super smooth take-off
"First session with the Curve XL-H and Fluid M V3 stab in surf foil!
Board Scura 4.8
HM85 mast 14mm
Titanium fuselage
90kg rider
Tiny conditions, take off close to the shore, translucent water, fish passing under you when pumping. 😍
A very easy and accessible foil, I like to unlock it using the Fluid M stab.
Super progressive, clean take-off, without getting ejected from the board."
An exceptional low end
“Really efficient pumping with an exceptional low end. I tried the Veloce XL V3 in the same session, and clearly the Curve is easy ++ with a ++ low range, while the Veloce XL really glides a good notch above, with a slightly more precise pumping but once launched without too many surprises, its low range is not as good, but made up for by the greater glide!
So it's the first session with it and at the first take-off I fly during 12 minutes for 3.6km, it's a cool ride, big carves, looking for a wave as far as possible, trying to get as close to the shorebreak as possible to get out with as much speed as possible to save energy, and off we go again! 😁 I fell because of a steering error, but it could have gone on much longer!"
Back to the Curve M-H
“I got out of the water shortly afterward as the swell had picked up with the tide, and switched to my current daily foil surf combo, Curve M-H + Fluid S stab!
It took me 2/3 take-offs to readapt to a much smaller setup! I felt like I had nothing under my feet! 😅
Small graphic of the run, where you can clearly see the low range!”
