“Of course, a Hollow board doesn’t suddenly make you a better rider... We’re not professionals, and technically, freeze-frame images of us will still look the same.

But as an amateur, the sensations are taken to a completely different level. And it’s pretty impressive.”

“The board isn’t just stiff: it’s ultra-stiff. That stiffness makes everything feel more direct and more responsive. The foil feels more reactive, the board more dynamic, and our turns almost feel better.
