FEEDBACK: HARNESS LINE FOR WING
Feedback from Julien on our forum who had the opportunity to test our new harness line for wing.
“Hello, Like most foilers using a harness, I started out with a homemade 5mm dyneema line. It works all right but has the unfortunate tendency to wrap itself around the coiled leash when pumping, which is quite annoying… So when I saw the GONG harness line, I didn’t hesitate for long.
This weekend I was able to test them on my 5m and 4m Neutra V2. Frankly, it’s awesome, they stay in place, no more problems at pumping and their rigidity makes hooking and unhooking easy.
Pay attention when fixing them so that they take the appropriate shape (and turn the side of the attachment around if necessary). The attachment is done like a leash, and with the additional neoprene protection on top it’s really impeccable.
So in the end a very simple but very practical little accessory. I took the L size for the 5m and the M for the 4m and the lengths are fine for me.”
