@Unluckylucke tested out his new Karmen FSP 2X and could appreciate the incredible performances of this shape which has become a real best-seller:
“Hello, Karmen 7.11 FSP2X, finally tested!1m85 for 80kg.A technological gem.
First of all, the weight: announced 6.8kg, weighs 500g less… (but it’s not really a surprise at GONG anymore ;))
If I compare to the other sharp SUPs I’ve had under my feet for my level, namely an old 115l Curve and a Fatal 7’3 105l, it’s really a fusion that takes the best of the two.
In 7’11 NO problem of longitudinal stability (as it could be the case with the Fatal); that the roll has to manage which is quickly tamed on calm water (I come off a 7’6 105l Mob), it is more of a grip elsewhere.
When the waterscape is agitated, like 10 kts or water movements due to the current generated in a bayonet, you have to bend your legs and be more attentive but it does not multiply the falls.
I really insist on the ease of waiting because it will not surprise anyone to know that it is a real bomb in the wave.
Mounted the original Quad, it’s a rocket. As soon as you swing the body, it responds immediately with great vivacity andin the soft one, she also responds by pumping.
In short, simple incredible.
