The smallest of the HIPE Pro range passed through the hands of Boris, GONG ambassador in the south-east of France, who shares feedback of his first session with this 4’6.

“As part of the HIPE Pro Tour, the smallest inflatable board in the range has arrived home, the 4’6 60 liter HIPE Pro. For the first session of this very small board, there is a wind of about 15 knots and a flat water body. I weigh 73 kg and I usually sail with the Lethal 4’10 as well as the board of Jess (my wife) the Lemon 4’9. I have the particularity of having a very damaged knee which is limited in flexion. So it was with apprehension that I entered the water.

This little 4’6 is crazy…

No problem kneeling on it and then standing up. The board is really stable for its small dimensions. With the Droid 5m the board takes off in a heartbeat and while accelerating I immediately find the sensations of my rigid boards.

Hoping for the mistral to come back to test it on a rough body of water and above all to fly above the swell.”
