WHAT SCREWS DO I NEED FOR MY FOIL GONG?
Guide to identifying the screws you need for your V1, V2 or V3 foil.
We guide you through three steps to find your foil screws:
- Glossary of the elements and connections of your foil.
- Identify the version of your foil (V1, V2, V3 or micro V3).
- Table of screws for GONG foils, element by element.

1. Glossary of elements of your foil.
It is important to distinguish between aluminium masts and carbon masts because the former must be screwed to their base plate with 3 screws, while carbon masts have an integrated base plate which does not require any screws.
It should also be noted that for the Alu masts (V2 and V3), a mast base called Mast Fuselage Connector is used for an optimized connection.

2. Identify the version of your foil (V1, V2, V3 or micro V3).
The different evolutions of our foils are recognizable at a glance by the shape of the fittings which allow you to attach your front wing and stabilizer to your fuselage.
Four forms are possible:
- Square
- Conical
- Conical oval
- Ovalized conical micro-lens (only for the Ypra Race foil)

This is a V1 setup if the joints in your fuselage are square like below.

-
It's a V2 setup if the front of your fuselage has a square shape for the front wing and a conical shape for the stabilizer.
It can be made of titanium as shown below or of aluminum (black).

- It's a V3 setup if the joints in your fuselage are each of an ovalized conical shape.
This type of fuselage is available in aluminium as shown below, but also in titanium or coloured titanium with a wide choice of colours.

This is a micro V3 setup if the joints of your fuselage are each of a micro conical ovalized shape ( only concerns the Ypra Race foil ).

Good to know: to combat obsolescence, we offer hybrid fuselages compatible with masts, front wings, and stabilizers of different generations. For example, the Mat V2 / FW V2 / Stab V1 fuselage or theMat V3 / FW V2 / stabilizer V3 fuselage .
It is therefore possible to encounter a case which is not covered above, but you can still identify the versions of your elements using the 4 schematic shapes above.

3. List of screws for your GONG foil, item by item.
This section presents the connection points and the necessary screws.

Find in the table below the screws you need for each connection point (1, 2, 3 or 4):

Below you will find the screws, washers and nuts needed to connect your foil to your board:

Please note that the SCS nuts which allow for installation of your foil in seconds are only compatible with GONG boards because these are equipped with dual-entry boxes:
