Preparing your board
When receiving the merchandise, please follow the procedure below:
Open and Inspect, in the presence of the carrier, that the equipment is in good and acceptable condition.
In case of any damage, take pictures and specify the nature of the damage on the delivery note, whether you accept the goods or not.
In case of minor damage, you may choose to keep your items and make arrangements with our sales department (info@gongsup.com).
In case of problem, inform us by phone at 0240173652 and by email info@gongsup.comby sending us the photos/videos of the damage.
Here are the steps for mounting your Kiteboard:
Remove the paper tape from the ends of the package. 
Retirez avec précaution la planche de son emballage afin de garder celui-ci intact pour une prochaine utilisation (surf trip ou expédition de votre planche vendue d’occasion). 
Install your fins. 
Your Board is ready. You can now go kite surfing
