Wing Foil Board Cruzader Diamond FSP Pro
Program
Designed for easy takeoff, it delivers comfort, seamless carving in freefly mode and solid surfing performance.
Presentation
Stable, simple, and early to take off, the Cruzader Diamond delivers crazy performance for those who love to glide. Its mid-length compact downwinder-type shape and centered box placement make it totally minimalist in flight. And yet it’s reassuring, not tiring, while still offering strong performance. It’s truly a great, no-headache board.
On the water, it provides perfect stability for such a thin board. Its glide is ideal for an easy takeoff, and once flying, you’re surprised by the “no nose” feeling: nothing in front of your feet since you’re standing at the center of the board!
Result: the Diamond has little inertia—responsive, never cumbersome.
While the larger sizes of the Cruzader Diamond guarantee exceptional performance and comfort in light wind, the smaller sizes are very high-performing: ideal for intermediate to expert riders looking for a versatile, top-performing board for surf, downwind, or freerace.
Its outline, inspired by compact SUP foil downwind boards, makes it the ideal mid-length for winging and lowkite.
Its wide and thick tail helps settle the board on the water for easy balance and aids takeoff with a buoyant effect: like it pushes you forward.
A slight kick in the tail rocker prevents touchdowns when surfing, with the volume thinning behind the back foot. The perfect shape for light, agile surfing.
Major innovation on the deck plan for enhanced comfort with a recessed deck in the pad zone. The board is thinner and gives more direct foil control.
It features dozens of strap setup options, centered or offset, oriented surf-style or freeride-symmetrical, plus a perfect strapless pad. Thanks to its extra-long boxes, the Diamond adapts to your preferences.
On top of being beautiful, the Cruzader Diamond is lightweight and very rigid thanks to its super-strong, durable FSP Pro construction.
Outline
With its long and slim outline, the Cruzader Diamond delivers exceptional glide and makes light-wind takeoff extremely easy. Surf comfort is flawless, and its responsiveness in foot pressure provides constant control. The Cruzader Diamond is the perfect mid-length.
Flat rocker
Thanks to its tight rocker, the glide of the Cruzader Diamond is a real advantage in all conditions. To further optimize light-wind takeoff and comfort in stronger conditions, the slight kicktail frees the hull and reduces touchdowns in steeper waves.
Hull
The flat hull at the tail is 100% planing. Between the boxes and the nose, a double concave softens water contact while maximizing stability and rebound on touchdowns to avoid sticking. Water flow is optimal, delivering maximum glide for ultra-easy and fast takeoff even with a small foil. You can reduce your front wing area by 200cm² for the same takeoff.
Tail
Its diamond tail provides huge stability at standstill and excellent glide.
Thick, it feels like it pushes you forward—whether kneeling or pumping, it propels you by flattening the board back down. It’s effortless, takes off early, and lets you use smaller foils.
The slight kick and rail edge pinch make it discreet in turns, perfectly matching the Diamond’s surfy character.
Rails
Straight, sharp tail rails give the Cruz Diamond extra glide like a windsurf board. The sharp edge provides more release, easing takeoff. At the center, the rails are softer, and at the nose they’re very mellowed in the front third for more surf comfort and glide before flight. You can ride on-water contact smoothly without abrupt braking—perfect for surfing.
Nose
Pointed nose for maximum reactivity and an extra touch of comfort, reinforced by the discreet V-shaped bulb.

Buying guide
For whom?
The Cruzader Diamond is designed for intermediate to expert riders. It makes take-off much easier, without making balance too complicated. Easy to understand, it doesn’t require insane skills or pro-level fitness.
It’s typically the light-wind board for those who want to gain a lot in low-end performance without sacrificing comfort.
It’s also an amazing board for underpowered riding and for strapless riding. Its glide before lift-off, its forgiveness, and its precise handling make it the queen of efficient boards.
For what?
Its program is wide-ranging:
- light wind
- surf
- freefly
- freerace
This board can take off very early while staying comfortable with minimal bulk, even in stronger conditions.
We’re talking about winging, but also about lowkite, since it’s excellent for riding in lowkite mode. It has exactly the glide and balance needed to have fun and progress in parawing.
What board size?

Which foil?
The Cruzader Diamond works perfectly with all high-aspect-ratio foils, especially the Sirus and Veloce, which not only accelerate but also fly very early.
Curve H: the carving + lift combo.
The queen of carving and low-end range (which doesn’t mean it can’t rev up!). Also the most comfortable for pumping, letting you link connections without burning your legs.
Fluid H: the carving + speed combo.
Perfect for super-tight turns, high speed, smooth glide, and highly reactive riding. Add a powerful pop, and it’s a foil that goes absolutely anywhere—on the water and in the air!
Veloce H: the glide + speed + carving combo.
A true freeride and wide-surf machine, ideal for freefly and downwinders. It glides endlessly, connecting bumps with unmatched smoothness. It accelerates strongly on waves yet has a low stall speed, making flight easy in any conditions.
Veloce HDW: 100% glide with its 13+ aspect ratio.
Focused purely on infinite glide, the Veloce HDW is the queen of downwind and fast pumping, but also light wind, with endless acceleration and superb upwind ability.
Sirus: the king of light wind.
Extreme lift while maintaining glide to create apparent wind—this is the magic recipe of the Sirus, letting you ride for hours while others are stuck on the beach, even in small waves.
Ypra Surf: the fast surf foil.
Delivers maximum control during intense surf phases: high speed, steep drops, steep faces, aggressive turns. Its lower volume also prevents harsh repops that could throw you off. Everything stays under control.
Which stabilizer?
We recommend pairing a Veloce H V3 stab with your Veloce H V3 front wing.
The ideal size depends on your board, level, weight, spot conditions, and front wing. We’ve calculated all stab/front wing pairings so that, for example, M always works best with M across all models.
That said, you can play with sizing:
- L for FW M: more front foot pressure, firmer support, calmer behavior, lower speed. Reassuring but less performant.
- S for FW M: less stability, more liveliness, faster acceleration, more radical. Very performant but more unstable.
Note: instability is also a quality—for pop, and to some extent for surfing. The upside of instability is responsiveness. It’s up to you to decide if that’s what you’re after.
