Programme

A high-performance longboard for small waves, the Ten Blues blends smooth glide, easy noserides and modern turns so you can surf for longer without losing speed.

Overview

The Ten Blues is the longboard that brings flow to small waves. A board designed to surf for a long time, cleanly and with style, even when the conditions lack power.

Its real talent is that it never breaks the glide. It gets going early, builds speed easily and keeps its momentum through softer sections. You link things together effortlessly, with that feeling of continuity that makes every wave feel longer and easier to read.

It’s a board for riders who like to vary their surfing. You can walk forward, settle on the nose, come back to the tail, lean into carves, build speed and then drop back into a more classic line. Everything happens smoothly, with no breaks, no harshness.

In small to medium conditions, it becomes a real wave-counting machine. Modest waves, whether clean or a bit soft, become more rewarding because the board keeps its rhythm and always offers an option: move forward, turn, reposition, accelerate.

It keeps the elegance of a classic longboard, but with a modern take. It’s not limited to poses, it handles turns, cutbacks, dynamic speed build-up and more progressive manoeuvres with a lot of natural ease.

Its feel underfoot is smooth, but never dull. It follows your footwork, responds to pressure and gives you enough control to push your surfing when the wave offers a bit more energy.

The Ten Blues is the modern small-wave longboard: a board built for flow, style and performance, made to link noserides, carves and transitions with an ease that makes you want to stay out longer.

Shape
OUTLINE

The wide outline provides the surface area needed to paddle fast, get in early and keep plenty of glide in small waves. It delivers lift without locking the board into an overly classic feel.

The round nose supports movement towards the front, while the tail stays manoeuvrable enough to step back, build speed and vary your lines. You still get a true longboard, with a modern take.

ROCKER

The constant, moderate rocker is designed for glide. It delivers immediate natural speed, carries momentum through softer sections and makes the board highly efficient in modest waves.

This smooth curve lets you link everything together seamlessly. The board keeps moving, holds its rhythm and makes transitions between nose riding, carves and speed build-up easier.

BOTTOM

The hull supports the smooth longboard programme: priority is given to speed, a soft connection with the water and continuous glide. It helps the board keep its momentum without requiring excessive pressure through the feet.

This feel makes footwork easy and transitions natural. You can move forward, step back to the tail, turn and set off again without breaking the wave’s rhythm.

TAIL

The round tail delivers a smooth, progressive and highly fluid ride. It lets you link carves seamlessly and keep your speed in small waves.

Its manoeuvrable tail gives enough response to build speed, push through turns and vary your repertoire. The board stays accessible, but never passive.

RAILS

The rails are sharp through the tail to hold a line through carves and deliver solid response under pressure. They let you push without losing control when the wave has a bit more energy.

Towards the nose, the rails become rounder to keep things smooth, forgiving and comfortable when moving around on the board. The rails stay fine, with volume through the centre to maintain lift and efficiency.

Single Tab connection: simple, direct and solid

The Single Tab system features a single, extended base on each fin. This design creates a solid connection with the fin box, making installation simple, fin changes quick, and power transfer exceptionally direct.

On the water, the benefits are immediate. The board responds instantly, the fins work without unwanted play, and every input translates into drive, grip and control. This is especially valuable on high performance boards, where precise feedback is essential at high speeds and through committed turns.

The Single Tab system also makes it easy to fine tune your setup for different conditions. Changing fin size, template or flex lets you refine the board's feel in just a few moments. It provides a clean, durable and efficient connection, allowing you to unlock the full potential of the shape.

Good to know: Single Tab fin boxes are only compatible with Single Tab fins.

Key benefits:

  • Simple installation and quick fin changes.
  • Direct connection for immediate response underfoot.
  • Excellent drive, grip and control through powerful turns.

Buying guide

Who is it for?

For surfers who want a smooth, modern and high-performance longboard in small to medium waves.

The Ten Blues is aimed at riders who love walking to the nose, keeping glide, linking carves and surfing for a long time without losing speed. It keeps the elegance of a classic longboard, with a more current and more dynamic feel.

It’s an excellent choice for longboarders who want an everyday board that works well in weak surf, feels great underfoot and can move naturally from nose to tail.

What for?

To make the most of small sessions with clean, long and varied surfing. The board gets going early, keeps its momentum and lets you make the most of modest waves without forcing it.

Its programme blends noserides, smooth carves, gentle speed build-up and modern manoeuvres. You can move forward, settle on the nose, come back to the tail, turn, reposition and keep gliding without breaking the rhythm.

It’s not made for charging very hollow waves like a Zero or a Moodgun. Its real playground is everyday surf: small, medium, clean, soft or low-powered waves.

What board size?

The Ten Blues comes in 9’2, with several widths from 57 cm to 62 cm and volumes from 66L to 83L. This range lets you fine-tune stability, paddling and ease of use to suit your build, your level and your waves.

Choose the lower volumes if you want more liveliness, precision and easier turning from the tail.

The mid-range volumes offer the best balance between paddling, glide, nose stability and performance. It’s the most versatile choice to make the most of the full programme.

The higher volumes bring more comfort, float and margin in weaker waves. They will suit bigger riders or surfers who want to maximise ease in noseriding.

What are the ideal waves?

Size: from small waves up to around head-high, depending on your level and the spot.

Power: it performs best in soft to average waves, with enough line to glide, walk to the nose and link transitions.

Shape: it prefers clean or slightly imperfect waves, with a face that runs. It excels when the wave lets you surf for a long time rather than just hit a short section.

It’s a flow board: the less power the wave has, the more valuable its ability to keep momentum becomes.

What fin setup?

The Ten Blues is designed as a 2+1, with a central US box and two Single Tab side fins. This setup lets you tune the board between smooth glide and more performance-oriented surfing from the tail.

Moving the centre fin forward makes the longboard more mobile, smoother through turns and more playful in small waves.

Moving it back brings more hold, more stability and more control for nose work, long lines and committed carves.

The side fins add drive, grip and precision when you come back to surf from the tail. They give the shape its modern side without losing the longboard feel.

Which shape should you choose?

Choose the Ten Blues if you want a smooth and modern longboard for surfing often, linking noses, carves and transitions in small waves.

Choose the Moblog if you want more speed build-up and more power off the tail in very soft waves, with a more hybrid, more driven feel.

Choose the Moodrive or the Hyperdrive if your priority is more radical performance, competition and committed manoeuvres in faster waves.

If you’re looking for a smooth, stylish and efficient longboard to bring rhythm to small conditions, the Ten Blues is the natural choice: accessible, high-performance and a real pleasure to surf every day.

Frequent questions
Who is the Ten Blues for?

For surfers looking for a smooth, accessible and high-performance longboard for small to medium waves. It is ideal for those who love walking to the nose, maintaining glide and mixing classic style with more modern surfing.

What conditions does it perform best in?

It performs best in small to medium waves, from soft to average, with an open face. It loves everyday conditions, when you need to get in early, keep your momentum and surf for a long time without killing your speed.

Is it more of a noserider or a performance board?

Both, with a real emphasis on flow. It lets you hold clean noserides, then step back onto the tail to link up carves, speed build-up and modern manoeuvres without any break in the glide.

Why does it glide so well in small waves?

Its constant, moderate rocker, high-lift outline and well-distributed volume deliver plenty of efficiency. The board picks up speed easily, carries momentum through soft sections and stays fun to surf even when the wave has very little push.

Is the Ten Blues easy to surf?

Yes, for riders who are already comfortable on a longboard. It paddles fast, gets into waves early and stays smooth underfoot. Its modern side then comes through when you step back onto the tail to turn, build speed and push your surfing further.

Which size should you choose in Ten Blues?

The Ten Blues is available in 9'2, with widths from 57 cm to 62 cm and volumes from 66L to 83L. Lower volumes deliver more responsiveness, mid-range volumes offer the best balance, and higher volumes provide more stability, paddling ease and comfort on the nose.

Which fin setup should you use?

The 2+1 setup lets you fine-tune the feel. Moving the centre fin forward makes the board looser and more playful. Moving it back gives you more hold and stability, especially for noserides and long lines. The Single Tab side fins add drive and control through the tail.

What’s the difference between the Ten Blues and the Moblog?

The Ten Blues is all about smooth glide, style and flow through small waves. The Moblog brings more drive off the tail, better speed build-up and a more hybrid feel for really soft waves. Choose the Ten Blues for flow, the Moblog for boost.
