Overview

The Lunar sits within a more committed performance twin approach than the Flash. Where the Flash prioritizes freedom and liveliness, the Lunar delivers more drive, control, and precision in powerful turns. Its template remains relatively upright, but with a wider base and more pronounced surface area, allowing it to generate stronger traction in the wave.

This fin excels when the surfer drives hard through the rail. Once engaged, the board accelerates with power and stays firmly locked into the face. The increased depth further enhances this feeling of control, especially in fast or hollow sections. The slightly refined tip still allows for clean release out of turns, preventing the setup from feeling overly rigid.

It is the ideal fin for surfers looking for a precise, solid twin capable of performing in demanding conditions.

Template

Performance twin upright template. The rake is moderate, providing a good balance between pivot and projection. It allows tight turns while maintaining strong line control.

What size?

Fin sizing mainly depends on the following factors:
