Replacing your bladder
If your kite is no longer holding pressure, first check whether the leak is coming from a strut or from the leading edge. When the kite is inflated, close the one-pump system and observe which part seems to be leaking. Whether it's a strut or the leading edge, the first thing to check is whether the valve is properly closed, or whether there's sand on or under its seal. It's not uncommon for a leak to be simply the result of a poorly closed valve, or the consequence of just a few grains of sand on the valve seal. If, despite these checks, your center strut or leading edge deflates, remove the bladder for inspection and possible replacement.
