Its 17 mm profile is engineered for smooth glide, with a thickness that avoids the use of high-modulus carbon, keeping costs in check. And don’t be fooled—it’s far from slow. It holds impressive speed while offering precise control.

Built with prepreg carbon, molded in high-precision steel molds, pressed at over 100 tons, and cured at 150°C, this mast guarantees outstanding stiffness for non-HM carbon. It offers direct power transmission for ultimate responsiveness and control.

For surf foiling, the 70 cm length shines in small to medium waves, enabling sharp, controlled turns without feeling too high and allowing smooth, efficient pumping to link sections effortlessly. The control is flawless. Additionally, its versatile length makes it accessible on nearly any spot, unlike longer masts that can be limiting.

In SUP foiling, this mast delivers top performance. Whether in surf, downwind, or flat starts, it gets the job done with outstanding glide and rigidity. Naturally, for front wings with a span above 130 cm to 150 cm, depending on your precision, a high-modulus (HM) mast becomes necessary.

For pumping, it's a dream: smooth, lightweight, and dynamic, helping you cover long distances efficiently with minimal energy loss.

EVOLUTIVE THICKNESS

The mast section is progressive, thinner at the bottom to reduce drag in flight, and thicker at the top to maximize mast stiffness.

INTEGRATED TOP PLATE AND BASE

The plate and base of the Carbon masts are seamlessly molded as a single unit, ensuring zero connection points and no play. This results in an ultra-stiff structure, delivering exceptional foil responsiveness and optimal control.

SELF-TIGHTENING FUSELAGE CONNECTION

The fuselage connection is self-tightening, ensuring zero play and delivering exceptional responsiveness and power transfer.

A more efficient foil shape

One of the key elements in the evolution of this range is the complete redesign of our foils to increase their structural and hydrodynamic qualities.

The V3* fuselage is:

- faster
- more rigid
- more resistant
- lighter

The new round shape allows a 12% gain in glide and the thicker section approaching the stab increases the strength and rigidity of the foil.

Hours of calculations on extremely powerful computers have allowed us to optimize the smallest detail to maximize performance. The fillets of all our connections have been carefully studied and adjusted to minimize hydrodynamic disturbances and increase the rigidity and resistance of the assembly.

Prepreg Carbon

The Carbon V3 mast is made entirely of Prepreg carbon. The major advantage of Prepreg carbon is that it ensures a perfect balance between resin and fiber. The result is optimal fiber cohesion, leading to top-tier performance.
With 50 layers oriented at 5 angles, the mast delivers outstanding responsiveness. It returns to its original shape four times faster than a standard mast. A 400 kg mold is needed to manufacture this piece, enduring 100 tons of compression during a 150°C curing process. This ensures exceptional precision and stiffness in every mast.
The immense advantage of high-end carbon is its rigidity. It’s so stiff that it requires far less material compared to other materials. This results in a significant weight reduction—nearly 30% lighter than aluminum. Beyond the measured weight savings, its responsiveness creates an incredible sense of responsiveness and lightness.

Retro fitting

The entire range, from the fuselage, to the mast, to the front wing and the stab, has been revised to radically boost the performance of our foils, without being limited by our old connection shapes.

However, this choice to change all of our parts could not be considered without continuing to offer compatibility with our old ranges.

We therefore offer a wide choice of fuselages which gives you the freedom to mix all our masts, front wings and stabs, whatever their generation.

For whom?

Ideal for intermediate riders looking to progress in surf foil, SUP foil, and pumping, seeking lightweight and responsive gear.

For what?

For surf foil, this mast length shines in small to medium waves, delivering precise carving and efficient pumping to link sections with ease.

Similarly, in SUP foil, this mast is a key size for both surfing and downwind. It provides full control over the foil.

When it comes to pumping, this mast is the most manageable—it provides enough clearance to avoid frequent touch-downs while maintaining a stable, comfortable ride.

In wing foil, the 70 cm mast provides a progressive approach, making it ideal for beginners or those looking to refine their maneuvers without the challenge of excessive height.

Which wings?

This mast performs best with wingspans under 100 cm. That said, with precise handling that minimizes unnecessary flex, it can support larger wings—particularly low-lift front wings with gentle rail-to-rail dynamics.

The mast comes with all the necessary hardware for mounting it to the fuselage and board:

Delivery

Delivery delay

We indicate a preparation and shipping time of 3 working days. In reality, the majority of orders are shipped within 24/48 hours.

The delivery time, i.e. delivery time of the package to your home, then depends on the delivery location and the carrier.

We work with reliable and efficient carriers. 99% of shipments go perfectly and quickly. In the case of the remaining 1%, rest assured that we will do what is necessary with the carrier.

Shipping fees

Unlike other sites, shipping costs are not hidden behind the price of our products. You know exactly what shipping costs you, and you are not disadvantaged if you choose to collect your order at our GONG Space Center.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of each package, and your delivery address.

Tracking your package

Delivery tracking is managed directly by the carriers to whom we have entrusted your packages. They will contact you by email or SMS to allow you to choose delivery methods and follow the route of your package.

Carriers

We work with the best transport societies to deliver to you throughout Europe and the world within very short deadlines. We chose them for their quality of service and their compliance with deadlines.

For mainland France, 80% of your orders arrive at their destination in less than 48 hours of processing.

For Europe, delivery times vary from 3 to 6 working days, depending on the country of destination.

For the rest of the world, delivery times depend on transit time and customs clearance time. This delay depends on customs and can last from a few days to a few weeks depending on the destination and seasonality.

Please note, transport time is added to preparation/shipping time. Two companies collaborate on your order (GONG and the carrier). Each one masters its activity and is committed to optimizing its deadlines so that you are delivered as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price.

Eco-responsible packaging

Preserving the environment is an absolute priority. This is why we do everything possible to reduce our ecological footprint.

The most important thing is to sell quality, durable products that will be repairable and will please you for a long time.

For our shipments, we use:

Scotch craft paper.

Final packaging in high-end cardboard.

For rigid boards: Flexi-Hex, very high resistance ecological packaging.

Reusable and recyclable packaging.

An almost total reduction in single-use plastic.

Maximum protection and impact resistance for rigid boards thanks to the innovative Flexi-Hex honeycomb design (35mm thick).

Receipt of your product

Upon delivery, check the condition of your package in the presence of the carrier. A complete explanation email on the procedure to follow will be sent to you when your order is shipped.

Despite our requirements and all the care we take in the packaging and protection of your product, transport hazards may occur, and your product may suffer more or less significant transport damage.

Note that the products are protected in their carton. If you have any doubts, simply refuse delivery and contact us.
