Deck: full PVC/fiberglass/ carbon sandwich made up of a core of high-density PVC foram and 1 layer of 4oz fiberglass and 1 layer of 6oz carbon fiber, with fiberglass reinforcements in sensitive areas.
Hull: full PVC/fiberglass/ carbon sandwich with high-density PVC foam core and 1 layer of 6oz carbon fiber, fiberglass reinforcements in fragile areas.
Specific foil reinforcements: high-density PVC block for the two US rails. Three layers of carbon cover these boxes. Laminated PVC battens connect the reinforcement to the deck for maximum durability.
