  • Hull detail: 1 layer of 6oz carbon fiber, with 2 patches of 6oz carbon fiber for reinforcement around the US rails to avoid breakage in front of the foil attachment during stalls.

FSP PRO Technology

  • Epoxy resin and EPS foam blank: solid and lightweight.
  • Vacuum-packed PVD sandwich deck, hull and rails: unrivalled strength and incredible dynamism.
  • Deck: full PVC/fiberglass/ carbon sandwich made up of a core of high-density PVC foram and 1 layer of 4oz fiberglass and 1 layer of 6oz carbon fiber, with fiberglass reinforcements in sensitive areas.
  • Hull: full PVC/fiberglass/ carbon sandwich with high-density PVC foam core and 1 layer of 6oz carbon fiber, fiberglass reinforcements in fragile areas.

An durable board

  • PVC reinforcement under the plate to preserve the board with an additional layer.
  • PVC reinforcement on the plate to protect the carbon and adhesive from heat, and distribute the efforts as far as possible on the plate to avoid detachment.
  • Double non-through brass inserts connected by a carbon fiber rod to easily screw the foil without risking piercing the board.
