How does it work ?
It is very simple! Just come in and drop off your damaged equipment at the GONG Space Center. We are open from Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., at 19 rue Fernand Nouvion, 44600 Saint Nazaire. But you can also send us anything that can be easily mailed (wings, kites, foil parts). All you need to do is contact us through our contact form (under After-sales).
Our team will quickly be able to give you an estimate and time frame for the repair. If the damage is significant or complex to repair, an estimate will be sent to you after analysis in the workshop. You are notified by message as soon as your equipment is ready to return to the water.
The prices in the charts below are for information purposes only and do not constitute an estimate. They are to be considered “from….”, especially for boards which are different in terms of their materials but also their construction, their decoration and their finish. Certain repairs may therefore require an estimate made by our workshop with the board in hands.
Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the repairs. Extra steps might need to be carried out. For example on a board, the repair time can be impacted by the presence of water in the foam blank which will have to be dried-out before repair.
Before dropping off your board, remember to remove the wax, and keep its fins and accessories with you. Wings and kites must be dry without any sand or salt. If applicable, a flat rate contribution of €15 will be charged.
