SESSION: LEARN THE BASICS OF WING FOILING BEFORE TAKING OFF!
Experience constant and continuous progress with the HIPE Learn and First inflatable wingboards!
As you don't learn to run without first learning how to walk, taking off with a wing foiling kit won’t happen without a good mastery of basic winging know-how on the surface of the water. By learning how to move efficiently on the water using the wing, takeoffs will follow naturally as you gain confidence and speed. To do so, you absolutely need a stable and easy-to-use board in order to integrate all the basics. For example a Lance or a Zuma if you have space for transport and storage, or an inflatable solution with the HIPE Learn, First or Perf (our advice for choosing them)!
On this session, the HIPE Learn and First offer the sailing comfort which allows easy handling of the wing on your knees, stability standing up and one touchdown, and control when flying in the air. To familiarize yourself with all the basics, check out our wing foil How To’s.
