For over 20 years, MRW’s National Recycling Awards have been dedicated to finding, showcasing and rewarding those who make a difference in the recycling and waste management industry.
This year, our supplier Flexi-Hex has been selected for the final of this event which will take place in London on December 15th. This company, founded in 2017 by brothers Sam and Will Boex, specialises in designing eco-responsible packaging to offer companies the opportunity to limit the use of plastic and thus their impact on the environment. Above all Surfers, like us, they have decided to innovate with a precise goal: to preserve our planet and more particularly our favorite playground, the ocean.
It’s already been two years since we chose Flexi-Hex to pack our Boards for our worldwide customers. Our Boards travel from our factories to our warehouse in La Baule, and are shipped everywhere in this packaging, which is reusable, easy to store and recycle. At GONG, thanks to Flexi-Hex, the mission of zero plastic is fulfilled.
