HOW TO : accelerate !!!
How to increase your speed? Use your legs!
Bend your knees and push !!! The keys:
– push when the water is strong. – be as light as possible when it is soft. – keep a dynamic rythme. – keep your eye far away from the nose. – use you shoulders and arms to be more light. Lift them but not too much to keep a great balance.
