Intermediate level in SUP, Cloud 8.6 and 7.4 Shake easily.
The first sessions are hard, too small paddle (7 “) and water area too agitated, waves 1 m tense : hard to stand, but 1hour and three waves taken, very good sensations …
Sessions intermediate on cleaner water area, paddle 8 “, 50 cm, I get used to the board but still fall. The row is hard to manage for the take off. On the waves is top.
Latest sessions on calm water, waves 1m taking place, it continued to be physical and the entire GONG forum comes back to me, especially Coolas tips and any other : – Let hang fins to the first oar before accelerating to go straight – Position “surf” feet to row and keep the balance – Super declined, ultra low center of gravity to row to take off (thank you videos Coolas and congratulations to him for his perfs in short sup)
