“So I cracked 1h continuous pumping eleven days after receiving the GONG Ultra Trail 4XL (maybe some of you saw my insta reel ;)) here's the proper GPS track with correct speed measurements.
Last winter my max was 2 min on the Sirus XXL but with ~10kg more fat, 2 weeks ago my personal best was ~5 min on the Trail L.
Never trained cardio in the past 10+ years. Technological progress in pump foiling is incredible.
