“So I spent the last 3 weeks in Portugal testing my GONG Vibe 6’3. Unfortunately not really getting the waves I was hoping for. But I still got some nice waves.
I weigh about 65 kg and the Vibe is my first „shortboard“. And I am really impressed how well I was able to handle the board. Such a great combination from paddle comfort and maneuverability.”
Overall quality and durability
“I think the fins are a bit too large for me since I only weigh 65 kg.
Duck diving this board isn’t super easy since it has a lot of its volume at the chest area. So it takes a while to sink the nose.
Also over the whole trip I didn’t get any dings etc so the build quality is also pretty good. All in all super happy and I can’t wait to surf this board again.”
