3 types of handles on the Neutra Perf Series
“I did 3-4 sessions with the soft handles because I didn’t have time to change them!!! It was very good, I always found these handles good. And one day, I motivate myself to change them to put on rigid handles. Changing the handles takes between 1 minute and 1 minute 30 seconds maximum, so I told myself that I should stop putting certain things off until tomorrow.”

“And I test my 5.5 in 8 knots and so, I tell myself that other peoples comments on the Neutra with rigid handles were not exaggerated! It changes the feeling of the wing a bit. For pumping, it’s more efficient than soft handles and in all maneuvers, you gain precision. This conclusive test made me want to try a boom. And after a few weeks of waiting, it arrived in time for tonight’s session.”

“For me, the rigid handles and the boom are better than the soft handles. In terms of pumping and precision, they are great, but with a few differences. For example, I think the rigid handles may be more ergonomic because the angle of the front handle is different. On the boom however, you can put your hands anywhere and hold the wing in many ways, which is really great for surfing. The downside is that I have to disassemble it for storage but it’s only 2 screws and it’s really simple. In one word, I advise you to try rigid handles and the boom which I think are really good for surfing/freeride. Personally, I’m team boom!!!”
