Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be new, unused, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
To send a parcel back to us, please have your order number ready and click on this link. You will then be able to follow the steps provided. This procedure only works if the entire order has been shipped. If not, please contact us.
Upon receipt, the parcel is inspected. Please allow 3 business days for processing. The refund will then be issued within 12 business days.
Please note that we do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to change size, for example, you can request store credit on your GONG account and then place a new order for the desired product, subject to availability.
