Preparing your surfboard
When receiving the merchandise, please follow the procedure below :
Open and Inspect, in the presence of the carrier, that the equipment is in good and acceptable condition.
In case of any damage, take pictures and specify the nature of the damage on the delivery note, whether you accept the goods or not.
In case of minor damage, you may choose to keep your items and make arrangements with our sales department.
Here are the steps for mounting your Surfboard.
Unpacking :
Your Board will come in cardboard and is packed in a 100% recyclable and reusable packaging box. Take it out of the box carefully and the accessories if you ordered them.
Remove the paper tape from the ends of the package.
Carefully remove the board from its Hexagonal packaging and keep it intact for future use (surf trip or shipping your used board).
Install your Tail Pad.
Check the position: close to the leash plug.
Wax your board.
Install your leash.
Install your fins.
Your Board is ready. You can now go Surfing 😉
