Bottom turn backside

The Back Side Bottom Turn : To perform good bottoms turns back side we advise you to switch the Paddle pale heel side to get early into the face of the wave aso you may lean on it. Most of your weight should be distributed between your heels, 80% in the front foot, and your front hand, the one that is closer to the Blade.
