For Whom?

It takes a good level to appreciate it. It’s not a difficult wing, quite the contrary. But it’s a wing that requires commitment to get to its highest level of performance. A technical background is required.

• In surf foil, you must have an intermediate level because this foil is not as tolerant at low speed as beginner foils like the Rise or the X-over are. With this minimum level and more, you will have a blast.
• In wing, the Fluid is close to the Grail. If you have the level to fly with thin wings, therefore a very efficient pumping, it will propel you into another dimension.
• In kite foil, the Fluid can be your beginner’s wing, provided you have good knowledge of gliding. It is nevertheless recommended to the experienced to get the most out of it.

What for?

Radical and limitless drive, on the border between surfing and freestyle.

Its top speed allows it to excel in race with an exceptional performance in low range in particular.

• In surf foil, it’s really great with a natural glide that generates lift and record handling. You can alternate between super tight curves and incredible acceleration.
• In wing, it is the most radical wing in surf and freestyle riding.It goes fast and is great for tricks. In surfing it feels like velvet as the name suggests.
• In kite foil, the Fluid goes fast and connects the curves. The more you ask for it, the more it speeds up and into the curves. Best of all, it’s a gem in tricks. It’s all up to you.

THE FLUID FRONT WING FLUID

The S has a 61 cm wingspan, 650 cm2, 1,0 cm thick for a volume of 0,3L.

• In surf foil, it’s getting very small. Perfect for tow-in.
• In wing it’s tiny. Pro riders only when the wind is nuking or for racing.
• In kite foil, it’s a radical wing for the best top speed and handling.

The MS has a 66 cm wingspan, 800 cm2, 1,2 cm thick for a volume of 0,5L.

• In surf foil, it’s a tiny wing for the pros, the lightweight and tow-in. The best in terms of speed / handling combo because it remains easy.
• In wing it’s tiny but perfect for a very good and lightweight rider who wants to carve at high speed and jump high in the strong wind.
• In kite foil, it is a key wing for a lot of riders who want a fast and very responsive wing.

The M is 71 cm wide, 900 cm², 1.5 cm thick for a volume of 0.73L.

• In surf foil: less than 65kg in mellow waves and less than 75kg in waves with size.
• In wing: less than 65kg or very good level and strong wind.
• In kite foil: less than 85kg or good level.

The L-S is 76 cm wide, 1100 cm², 1.8 cm thick for a volume of 1.04L.

• In surf foil: less than 70kg in normal waves and less than 95kg in waves with size.
• In wing: less than 70kg or very good level and steady wind.
• In kite foil: less than 95kg.

The L is 81 cm wide, 1200 cm², 1.8 cm thick for a volume of 1.09L.

• In surf foil: less than 75kg in normal waves and more than 85kg in waves with size.
• In wing: less than 75kg or good level and steady wind.
• In kite foil: forget, it’s starting to get really big.

The XL-S is 86cm wingspan, 1400cm², 2.0cm thick for a volume of 1.45L.

• In surf foil: less than 85kg in normal waves and more than 90kg in waves with size.
• In wing: less than 90kg or good level and steady wind. The key size !!!
• In kite foil: forget.

The XL is 91 cm wingspan, 1500 cm², 2.0 cm thick for a volume of 1.54L.

• In surf foil: from 80 to 95kg in normal waves.
• In wing: 75kg and more, it is the benchmark wing for people in the progression phase.
• In kite foil: forget.

The XXL-S is 96 cm wide, 1750 cm², 2.2 cm thick for a volume of 2.0L.

• In surf foil: more than 90kg in normal waves or for light ones in soft waves.
• In wing: great in light and / or irregular winds.
• In kite foil: forget.

The XXL is 101 cm wingspan, 1850 cm², 2.2 cm thick for a volume of 2.1L.

• In surf foil: pumping and soft waves for all sizes.
• In wing: it’s big but nice under 12 knots.
• In kite foil: forget.

You will use a larger foil in low ranges, soft conditions. And conversely a smaller foil in those recommended for muscular conditions. The important thing to remember is that the choice of your wing depends on your size which requires lift and your average speed which generates lift.

THE FLUID H STAB

The 38 cm, 180 cm2, 0.5 cm thick for a volume of 0.04 L.

• En surf foiling : For small riders in everyday waves.
• In wing foiling: For small riders or very good level and/or strong wind.
• In kite foiling: it is great with a small front wing.

The 42 cm, 220 cm2, 0.5 cm thick for a volume of 0.06L.

• In surf foiling: For riders of an average size or for big riders in powerful waves and/or in tow-in.
• In wing foiling: For riders of an average size or very good level and/or strong wind. It’s rather easy.
• In kite foiling: it’s rather big so very easy.

The 45 cm, 260 cm2, 0.6 cm thick for a volume of 0.07L.

• In surf foiling: versatile size that offers both good speed and pumping comfort.
• In wing foiling: easy for all and ideal in the light.
• In kite foiling: it’s big but fun.

The 47 cm wingspan, 290 cm², 0.6 cm thick for a volume of 0.09L.

• In surf foiling: For big riders in everyday waves.
• In wing foiling: easy for the bigger riders and/or perfect in very light wind conditions.
• In kite foiling: it’s too big.

The 49 cm wingspan, 310 cm2, 0,7cm thickness with a volume of 0,11L.

• In surf foiling: it’s big, for big riders only with a big/giant front wing, great for pumping.
• In wing foiling: easy for the bigger riders and/or perfect in very light conditions with a front wing like the Sirus for example.
• In kite foil: it’s too big.

THE ALU V2 MAST

Choice of : 75cm, 85cm or 95cm for wingfoil practice.

• 75cm is the ideal size for sailing for the first time.
• 85cm the standard size for maximum versatility, moves and surfing.
• 95cm perfect for freeride/freerace.
