NEWS: MODIFICATION OF VAT RULES FOR EU COUNTRIES

On July 1, 2021, changes to the application of VAT for e-commerce and distance selling entered into force within the European Union. These changes mean that the VAT due on your order will now depend on the country to which it will be delivered. These changes only affect deliveries to EU countries.

Therefore, the price displayed in our product catalog may be different from the price requested on the order page.
Indeed, the price displayed on our website is expressed inclusive of all taxes at the applicable VAT rate in France (this rate is currently 20% on our products). However, the price invoiced for an order delivered in the European Union is now calculated with the VAT rate applicable in the country of delivery.
For example, the invoiced price will be slightly lower than the displayed price for an order delivered in Germany where this rate is currently 19% against 20% in France.
Orders delivered outside the EU
For orders delivered outside the EU, the invoiced amount will always be exclusive of VAT. The payment of the taxes in place in countries outside the EU is carried out by the customs authorities of the country of delivery. We invite you to check with your tax administration for more information on the applicable taxes in your country.
