The search for the one magic board, perfectly matched to your expectations and local waves, has driven the development of this new range. A huge amount of work has gone into creating a wide variety of shapes, an unmatched selection of sizes, and premium equipment throughout the lineup.

What's new:

An expanded size range across every model! More than 320 new sizes added to our flagship shapes.
Refined volume distribution that preserves each shape's character across every size.
Four iconic models are now available as performance mid-lengths.

Your perfect size, available in every shape!

We now offer an unprecedented size range across our shortboards and mid-lengths, with more than 445 models available. Add the longboards already in the lineup, and our range comes remarkably close to the level of customization you'd expect from a true custom shaping workshop.

Take the Lethal, for example. This high-performance shortboard is now available in 14 sizes, from 5'3 to 6'8. A range that allows the demanding surfers this shape was designed for to find the board that perfectly matches their build and surfing style.

Our goal is to offer exactly the size you need. Especially with shortboards, where a board should feel like a natural extension of your body, your intentions, and everything you want to express on a wave. Longboards, on the other hand, are less instinctive boards. They take time to get familiar with and truly connect with, and their size is largely determined by their intended use.

Refined volume distribution

Volume is one of the key criteria when choosing a new board. That's why we've reworked the volume of every size to faithfully preserve the personality of each shape. At GONG, it's never just a simple scale-up. Every size receives its own dedicated refinements, with shape lines evolving to maintain balance, responsiveness, and feel, even as dimensions increase.

This work has been especially important on our high-performance shortboards, where maintaining consistent behavior across every size requires extremely precise tuning. The breadth of our new range makes this level of refinement possible.

Whatever your build, whatever you expect from your surfing, and whatever board length you choose, you can be confident that the true character of the shape won't be diluted by poorly matched volumes.

Four iconic models now available as performance mid-lengths

The Lethal, Devil's Tongue, Fork, and J.Low are now offered in brand-new templates designed to meet specific needs, whether you're looking for a pure step-up with the Lethal or simply want to enjoy the personality of these legendary shapes with the glide of a mid-length.

Lethal Mid : the high-performance mid-length for powerful waves. It carries over the Lethal's radical DNA with extra length for improved paddling, speed, and commitment, while retaining razor-sharp handling and total control in the pocket.
Devil's Tongue Mid : the versatile performance mid-length. More paddling power, more glide, and easier takeoffs, without sacrificing the responsiveness, flow, and carving ability that made the Devil's Tongue so successful.
Fork Mid : the performance mid-length built for imperfect waves. Extra length helps you catch waves earlier, generate effortless speed, and draw longer lines, while keeping the playful feel that defines the Fork.
J.Low Mid : the performance fish mid-length. It combines the glide and style of a fish with the speed, drive, and control of a mid-length to draw long, fast lines with modern precision.

Trailer? Quad? 2+1? Twinzer?

Experimenting with different fin setups is essential for developing your feel and gaining a deeper understanding of your board. Every fin change and every setup adjustment has the power to completely transform how your board performs. That's why we offer a wide range of fiberglass fins, and why we've adapted the fin box layouts on selected models.

A third center fin box, for example, allows you to add a trailer fin to the Fury, giving this twin fin extra hold in steeper waves than those it was originally designed for. Likewise, the PIE now offers Twinzer or tighter quad setups thanks to its multi-box Single Tab configuration. The Vibe can now be ridden as a thruster, quad, or twin with trailer thanks to its five new fin boxes.

Single Tab fin boxes compatible with GONG and Futures fins.

The Single Tab system uses a single, elongated fin base. This design creates a solid connection with the fin box that's easy to install, quick to swap, and exceptionally direct in transferring rider input.

On the water, the benefits are immediate. Your board responds faster, the fins work without unwanted play, and every movement translates into drive, grip, and control. This is especially valuable on high-performance boards when you're looking for precision at high speed or through committed turns.

The Single Tab system is also incredibly practical for dialing in your setup to match the conditions. Switching fin size, template, or flex lets you fine-tune your board's feel in seconds. It delivers a clean, durable, and efficient connection to unlock the full potential of every shape.
