GreenFix develops high-performance surf wax from natural, non-toxic and renewable ingredients. Made in France, its wax bars provide the traction needed to commit to your stance and maintain maximum control over your board.

The brand shares GONG's direct approach to equipment: offer technical, effective products genuinely suited to the conditions encountered on the water. Shortboard, longboard, surf foil or softboard, GreenFix wax creates a non-slip surface and secures every point of contact.

The hardness of surf wax must match the water temperature. A formula that is too hard provides little grip in cold water, while wax that is too soft can melt and smear as temperatures rise.
GreenFix offers several formulas to adapt waxing to each session:

• Cold for water between 10 and 14°C;
• Cool for water between 14 and 18°C;
• Warm for water between 18 and 24°C;
• Tropical for water above 24°C.

This range helps maintain an effective texture and consistent grip, whether during a winter session on the Atlantic coast or a surf trip in the tropics. Simply choose the wax that matches the water temperature and apply it to the main contact areas.

For even waxing, GreenFix also offers a Base Coat. Harder than temperature wax, this first layer creates bumps for the appropriate wax to grip onto. It structures the wax job, improves durability and avoids having to completely redo the application before each session.
Apply Base Coat to a clean board using regular movements, then add the temperature wax until evenly distributed bumps form. A wax comb can then be used to refresh grip when the surface starts to flatten.

GreenFix waxes are made in France from beeswax, vegetable waxes and plant oils. Their formulation excludes paraffin, paraffin oil, microcrystalline waxes, soy wax and palm oil.
The brand reintegrates production waste into new manufacturing runs. Since 2020, solar panels have also covered a large part of the energy needs of its workshop. Since 2010, packaging of the wax bars has been entrusted to a supported employment facility in Anglet.
