GEAR: THE FLUID S OR THE CURVE !!!

Among the novelties in our range of foils, sizes S, for Small, are appearing on the Curve and the new Fluid wing to provide even more maneuverability. This expansion of the range multiplies the possibilities for each foiler.

 

A question that comes up with the development of the range is: Can the Fluid in size S compete in handling with a Curve? For example a Fluid XLS and a Curve LT whose dimensions are very similar?

  L’Ours explains with the eye of a surfer where the Fluid S sits compared to the Curve: “Hello, The Curve is easier than the Fluid.

The Curve will also be more maneuverable at low speed since it will accept to go even slower. But a good foiler will enjoy much more manoeuvrability with the Fluid because he or she will have a wing with more rail to rail, close to the feeling of a trifin in surf.

The Fluid will also be more maneuverable at high speed. And above all it will be able to play with the limits of stall without batting an eyelid, in snaps for example, the pivots at the top of the wave etc… ”
