If your gift isn’t quite right for any reason, you can return it, with an extended return window available until January 15, 2025, for any item purchased between now and December 25, 2024. See our conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be new, unused, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

To return a package, please have your order number ready and click on this link. You’ll then be able to follow the outlined steps. This process is only available once the entire order has been shipped. If it hasn’t, please contact us.

Upon receipt, the package will be inspected. Please allow 3 business days for processing. Refunds will then be issued within 12 business days.

Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, for example, for a different size, you may request store credit on your GONG account and place a new order for the desired product, subject to availability.
