With the GFS V2 system, the Plus grows with you: it comes with V2 semi-rigid textile handles but can instantly be upgraded with rigid handles or a boom (that’s detachable and fits right in your bag!), giving you even more control and stiffness without losing any comfort. Leashes: safety first!

The pack comes with two leashes for safe and worry-free winging.

A belt leash for the board:
Worn at the waist, it keeps your board safely within reach if you fall, while leaving your feet free to move while riding.
A wrist leash for the wing:
Let go of your wing and it’ll take off in seconds! The wrist leash keeps it right within arm’s reach.

So select the board that suits you, we'll take care of the rest!

Several volumes are available to meet the needs of each practitioner according to their level, physical condition and use.

Beginner:

You can take enough volume to float widely, of the order of your weight + 60 = volume.

Example: I weigh 80kg + 60 = 140L to float. Which means that with 140L and more I will be easy.

Comfort :

You can take enough volume to float, in the order of your weight + 30 = volume.

Example: I weigh 80kg + 30 = 110L to float. This means that with 110L and more I will be easy, provided I have a good level in wing.

What accessories?

Safety is of the utmost importance when practicing board sports, and even more so when it comes to foil sports.

Leashes are essential , remember they are your life jacket! Our HIPE First pack includes the wing leash and the board leash. Check their condition before each session and change them every year.

In addition, to practice in the best conditions, it is essential to wear a protective helmet and an impact vest.

We have also developed a range of Bodyguard textiles , which provides additional protection against the risk of cuts caused by foiling. The risk is present all the time, but it is even more significant during the learning phase.

We recommend that you protect yourself as much as possible.

Once you've secured your safety, it's time to think about optimizing your equipment to support your progress ! Here's a selection of smart options to support your practice:

For a smooth start , add a 65 cm aluminum mast to your quiver. Being shorter, it limits flight height, makes learning safer, and makes foil control easier. It will be ideal for first flights, shallow waters, or for introducing younger children.
For a more involved experience , upgrade your Wing Plus with rigid handles for more precise piloting, or a removable boom : the perfect setup to gain control and maneuverability, once you know exactly where to place your hands. Also add harness ends and equip yourself with a harness to relieve your arms during long sessions or in strong winds.

Good to know:

Never leave your board in the sun, especially an inflatable board, and even less a black carbon plate which will heat up very quickly. You risk seeing it peel off!!!

Don't screw any further than the bottom of the box, or you'll go through the inflatable's skin. We ship non-through US squares, but be careful.

Never let your foil board get knocked around in the waves, especially at the shore. You must protect it from major stresses. A wave that carries your board away and rolls it can cause serious damage.

Delivery

Delivery delay

We indicate a preparation and shipping time of 3 working days. In reality, the majority of orders are shipped within 24/48 hours.

The delivery time, i.e. delivery time of the package to your home, then depends on the delivery location and the carrier.

We work with reliable and efficient carriers. 99% of shipments go perfectly and quickly. In the case of the remaining 1%, rest assured that we will do what is necessary with the carrier.

Shipping fees

Unlike other sites, shipping costs are not hidden behind the price of our products. You know exactly what shipping costs you, and you are not disadvantaged if you choose to collect your order at our GONG Space Center.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of each package, and your delivery address.

Tracking your package

Delivery tracking is managed directly by the carriers to whom we have entrusted your packages. They will contact you by email or SMS to allow you to choose delivery methods and follow the route of your package.

Carriers

We work with the best transport societies to deliver to you throughout Europe and the world within very short deadlines. We chose them for their quality of service and their compliance with deadlines.

For mainland France, 80% of your orders arrive at their destination in less than 48 hours of processing.

For Europe, delivery times vary from 3 to 6 working days, depending on the country of destination.

For the rest of the world, delivery times depend on transit time and customs clearance time. This delay depends on customs and can last from a few days to a few weeks depending on the destination and seasonality.

Please note, transport time is added to preparation/shipping time. Two companies collaborate on your order (GONG and the carrier). Each one masters its activity and is committed to optimizing its deadlines so that you are delivered as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price.

Eco-responsible packaging

Preserving the environment is an absolute priority. This is why we do everything possible to reduce our ecological footprint.

The most important thing is to sell quality, durable products that will be repairable and will please you for a long time.

For our shipments, we use:

For rigid boards: Flexi-Hex, very high resistance ecological packaging.

Receipt of your product

Upon delivery, check the condition of your package in the presence of the carrier. A complete explanation email on the procedure to follow will be sent to you when your order is shipped.

Despite our requirements and all the care we take in the packaging and protection of your product, transport hazards may occur, and your product may suffer more or less significant transport damage.

Note that the products are protected in their carton. If you have any doubts, simply refuse delivery and contact us.
