The orders that you have entrusted to us are well packed and ready to leave after lockdown or on your request. International: Following recommendation of the carriers, we relaunch deliveries of boards less than 3m long in the following countries: – Germany – Switzerland – Netherlands – Austria – Belgium. We use the same procedure than in France: we contact each customer in these countries in the order of orders to ask them if they want their deliveries now or later. You will understand that the carriers’ delivery times vary. We do not put pressure on them in this subject. The most important thing is that you are delivered without damage. Atmosphere: It’s obviously not the time for a party, but we sense a very strong demand from you. The emails asking for advice are at record levels and we see that you are equipping yourself to get back in the water, often on a new sport to discover something. Well done, well done. The priority is to respect the lockdown to get out of this crisis in the best possible conditions. So we keep the french shop closed, with no drive service, and no local deliveries by us. While some shops do this at their own risk, I prefer that we remain prudent by limiting contacts on an activity that is not essential. GONG can live without a local shop, and focus on sports animation and meet your wishes on line with standardised deliveries done by logistics professionals.
