FORUM : about longboard !!!

“In small waves you have two good choices for Long Boards : Retro Noseriders or small waves Comp Boards.
The choice between these two realms will need to be made in function with the maneuverability Vs. the inertia you’re looking for. A Retro Board will give you an infinite slide, super stable and regular. A good Comp Board will give you wicked Noserides but remain super mobile and the possibility to tighten your turns without stalling out.
Once this distinction has been made, we can analyze the tails comportment.
The Moodrive is for well formed waves, a Board that is particularly versatile and adaptable to multiple conditions and styles.
The Ten Blues is a round tail Board. The means she is the most maneuverable. You can make the best use of her roundness by leaning on its length or on a smaller one which tightens up the turns. The Board reacts very well to lower foot pressure and is easy to maneuver.
The Moblog has a large square tail. This tail gives projection : it catapults you froward when pressure is applied. It is a factor encompasses control because it forces the Board to remain on the rail. So if you want to turn sharp, you will have to stall.
The Moodrive combines, to an advantage, the tails of the Ten Blues and the Moblog.
These two small wave Boards are honed in such a way that multiplies their characteristics and that give you the best in more aggressive waves.
Your turn to roll the dice ;)”
