Choose your setup according to your surfing style and the waves of the day.
The Fury is an unconventional twin-fin shortboard capable of delivering in a wide range of conditions. Initially chosen for its fun, fast and skatey feel, this alternative board surprises with its level of performance and can quickly become an essential part of your quiver.
Twin-fin flow, channel drive and trailer control: by changing your fin setup, you can adapt its behavior to surf with speed, freedom and precision in the widest range of conditions. From dynamic surfing in weak waves to vertical attacks in hollow surf, and big carves on open faces, your choice of fins can radically change the way the Fury behaves.
Find the GONG fin setup suited to your surfing style and the type of wave.

TWIN OR TWIN + 1: WHAT FEEL ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?
The new Fury features a third fin box so you can easily switch from a twin to a twin + 1 setup:
- Choose the twin setup for speed and freedom. Without a center fin, your Fury keeps its playful feel, ideal for bringing weak waves to life or enjoying smooth, flowing lines. This setup also works in more powerful waves if you are looking for that freedom and have solid control over your stance and pressure.
- Switch to twin + 1 for more support through your turns. Adding a trailer gives you more control when the waves get more powerful or when you push harder through your maneuvers. Depending on its profile, it can either increase pivot or add more hold through long arcs.

WHICH FINS FOR YOUR SESSION?
- Dynamic surfing in weak waves
To link direction changes and bring low-power sections to life, choose the Flash as a twin. Their free and responsive character suits tight turns and active surfing. If you want a little extra control, add a Koral trailer fin, which preserves the freedom of the twin while making pivot easier.
- Tight, vertical surfing in hollow waves
To stay close to the pocket, climb back toward the lip and tighten your turns, choose the Flash + Ripple. The strong pivot of this setup favors incisive surfing, with sensations close to a thruster. In faster or hollower waves, go for the Lunar + Ripple for more hold when you push through your turns.
- Committed carves in fast, powerful waves
To push hard on the rail and draw full-speed arcs, choose the Cosmic + Mist. The stability of the Cosmic combines with the hold and drive of the trailer to support committed pressure through your turns. If you are looking for more subtle support, choose the Cosmic + Pearl.
- Long, flowing lines on open faces
To let the board run and extend your lines, choose the Echo as a twin. Their directional character suits wide, flowing surfing. When the wave gets more powerful, add a Pearl for more hold and projection, or a Mist if you want to push harder through your carves.
- Versatile surfing in waves with changing sections
For a balanced setup that lets you alternate between different maneuvers, pair a Tide with the twins that suit your style: Flash or Lunar for tighter lines, Cosmic or Echo for wider arcs. The Tide provides a balance of control, pivot and drive.
