Introduction
Compact, quickly inflated, and easy on all bodies of water, the Chip has it all. The pack includes all the accessories to go straight to the water! We offer it in 4 sizes to suit all riders and programs: 8’0, 9’0, 10’0 and 11’0.
- The Chip 8’0 meets the specific needs of children (from 5 to 13 years) so that they can experience the pleasures of SUP in the best conditions.
- The Chip 9’0 is intended for light riders (up to 75 / 80kg) who want a versatile Stand Up Paddle, light and quick to inflate. The perfect simplicity / pleasure combo.
- The Chip 10’0 is intended for riders of medium build (70/90 kg) who want an ultra versatile, light and easy to access Stand Up Paddle. The perfect surf / cruising compromise.
- The Chip 11’0 is a comfortable family board, light for its size, and easy to access. The perfect surf / cruising compromise for large riders or those who want to embark an extra passenger and the picnic.
In the waves, learning to surf is easy. It is gentle on the take off then easy to handle in the surf. Its raised nose offers confidence in the slope of the wave. It is playful and lively in the small conditions you often encounter. It is perfect for a beginner who will understand SUP in a few minutes.

In a nutshell
This shape perfectly mixes cruising and small waves surfing. It is a skilful adaptation of the thousands of templates that we have developed over 30 years that allows us to have such an effective and facilitating behavior.
When cruising, we appreciate its glide specific to inflatable boards, all in fluidity. If you want to pick up the pace, its contoured nose will accelerate with ease. In more difficult conditions, its raised nose allows you to pass the chop serenely. The outline ends in a round tail, the most manageable of all. It is also the fastest rowing.
In surfing, the take off is early because the distribution of the volume of an inflatable makes it start early on the wave. Its round tail is super maneuverable, really crazy! We go forward to accelerate and we go back to turn short. The back foot is light, with immediate board response to handle curves and slope. Certainly the best board to catch your first waves.
For each size, the volume is important, it is an accessible board, a real Swiss knife of SUP. It is a fast and handy shape, so versatile between cruising and surfing for all sizes.
- Rocker : relaxed and constant with lifted nose. Easy and fast take off.
- Rails : soft and round by nature on all the length, giving a very cool grip.
- Volume : ideal thickness to offer a generous volume and maneuverability.
- Outline : a beautiful round tail, very stable at the center with a round nose slightly stretched to keep a good paddling speed.

Quiver partner?
This board is sold with an adjustable ALU GONG paddle, if you want to improve performance, get a MIX 30% paddle, this will greatly improve your comfort for sessions of more than an hour.
If you want to surf, you can complete your quiver with a smaller CHIP or a COUINE MARIE SHORTSUP or LONGBOARD.

The leash is provided in your pack. Check its condition before each session and change it every year. This is your life jacket.
Equipments
The CHIP ships with a US center fin. It is known that half the performance of a SUP board comes from the fin used, hence why GONG had to install a standard US Box for the center fin which is the gold standard when it comes to the choice of the best fin for your skill level, way of riding and conditions. 
The paddle is included in the pack ! It can be adjusted in length and is perfect for a beginner. The GONG leash is absolutely necessary to ride the CHIP safely, for you and others. It is very high quality and the ankle attachment is both comfortable and durable. The CHIP is equipped with a neoprene center handle to carry the board easily. The net at the front of the board is perfect to secure your waterproof bag and to store the paddle when taking a break. Ideal to take safety equipments and some snacks with you on your cruise. The Deck Pad was specifically engineered and designed to get the best balance of grip and comfort. You will be able to paddle for hours without your feet hurting and without slipping, even when surfing. The included double action inflatable pump is super efficient in order to be the first paddling out. All those equipment are packaged in a well thought out bag, built to last with good quality materials.

Delivery
Delivery delay
We indicate a preparation and shipping time of 3 working days. In reality, the majority of orders are shipped within 24/48 hours.
The delivery time, i.e. delivery time of the package to your home, then depends on the delivery location and the carrier.
We work with reliable and efficient carriers. 99% of shipments go perfectly and quickly. In the case of the remaining 1%, rest assured that we will do what is necessary with the carrier.
Shipping fees
Unlike other sites, shipping costs are not hidden behind the price of our products. You know exactly what shipping costs you, and you are not disadvantaged if you choose to collect your order at our GONG Space Center.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of each package, and your delivery address.
Tracking your package
Delivery tracking is managed directly by the carriers to whom we have entrusted your packages. They will contact you by email or SMS to allow you to choose delivery methods and follow the route of your package.
Carriers
We work with the best transport societies to deliver to you throughout Europe and the world within very short deadlines. We chose them for their quality of service and their compliance with deadlines.
For mainland France, 80% of your orders arrive at their destination in less than 48 hours of processing.
For Europe, delivery times vary from 3 to 6 working days, depending on the country of destination.
For the rest of the world, delivery times depend on transit time and customs clearance time. This delay depends on customs and can last from a few days to a few weeks depending on the destination and seasonality.
Please note, transport time is added to preparation/shipping time. Two companies collaborate on your order (GONG and the carrier). Each one masters its activity and is committed to optimizing its deadlines so that you are delivered as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price.
Eco-responsible packaging
Preserving the environment is an absolute priority. This is why we do everything possible to reduce our ecological footprint.
The most important thing is to sell quality, durable products that will be repairable and will please you for a long time.
For our shipments, we use:

- Final packaging in high-end cardboard.
- For rigid boards: Flexi-Hex, very high resistance ecological packaging.
This means:
- Reusable and recyclable packaging.
- An almost total reduction in single-use plastic.
- Maximum protection and impact resistance for rigid boards thanks to the innovative Flexi-Hex honeycomb design (35mm thick).
Receipt of your product
Upon delivery, check the condition of your package in the presence of the carrier. A complete explanation email on the procedure to follow will be sent to you when your order is shipped.
Despite our requirements and all the care we take in the packaging and protection of your product, transport hazards may occur, and your product may suffer more or less significant transport damage.
Note that the products are protected in their carton. If you have any doubts, simply refuse delivery and contact us.
