JOBS: TECHNICAL ADVISOR

Become a technical advisor at GONG. We are looking for passionate persons with board sports expertise to guide our customers online.

 
Wing foilers: Fabien et Mathieu, Staff and team rider GONG.
 

You’ll be the king or the queen of our online technical advice services within the GONG Space Center, a place inspired by our passions, our travels, our creations and representing our DNA. This new work environment includes shaping rooms, a one-of-a-kind surf shop, a restaurant-bar, a fitness room, after sesh shower rooms, our design offices, an R&D test center, the Pro Team home base, the photo/video studio, logistics and much more.

Within this unique environment, you will be the person sharing the best advice online, on social networks, on our forum, and you will be the keeper of customer satisfaction on the water.

At GONG, we only sell direct. Online advice must be top-notch. So, you need to ride every day to perfectly know our products, to communicate and share your experience with the R&D and team riders… The customer’s experience must be impeccable!

Our new technical advisor must:

  • Advice and guide our customers on our website
  • Master and use every kind of channel (mail, chat, forum, social networks)
  • Manage the after-sales service so each problem becomes a solution
  • Ensure the customer satisfaction

The candidate for the position:

  • Is an expert and a devotee of, at least, one of our board sports (surf, SUP, wing, kite, foil)
  • Totally understands technical aspects of the gear
  • Isn’t afraid of a computer
  • Is volunteer, pedagogue and patient person
  • Knows how to be clear and concise
  • Has a good spelling
  • Fully masters english and/or another language
