Presentation

The Kluber V1 is the absolute benchmark in pump foiling: it was designed to be simple and efficient from the very first minutes, without sacrificing anything as your skill level increases. Dimensions, shape, rocker, stiffness, strength, weight: the balance is so perfect that the board disappears under your feet and lets the foil do all the work.

The key feature is its very low rocker . The tail is perfectly flat and the nose has just the right amount of lift: as a result, the board is comfortable and performs exceptionally well , from the first dock start to long runs when you really start to pick up the pace. This low rocker makes all the difference in real-world conditions: when you touch down , the board glides instead of braking sharply. You minimize irrecoverable mistakes, maintain useful momentum, and get back up and running more easily after a touch-down.

The outline is minimalist: no unnecessary length, no superfluous surface area. The board is short , so you don't end up with a nose sticking out unnecessarily, and most importantly, every centimeter contributes to flight efficiency. Three lengths are available to choose from, allowing for a range of performance levels, from forgiving to absolute efficiency.

The flat deck further reinforces this feeling of control: the supports pass directly, without sponginess, with a very readable foot/board contact.

The reduced thickness contributes to the "direct" feel. You're closer to the foil, so pumping becomes more precise, cleaner, and smoother. But this thinness isn't achieved at the expense of usability: there's exactly the right volume to ensure the buoyancy of the board and foil combination, and especially to integrate US SCS fin boxes without compromising the rigidity of the most stressed area.

Indeed, these SCS boxes have evolved: they are longer than on the Kluber HDCC 2025. In practical terms, this provides more adjustment , more possibilities for fine-tuning, and opens the door to a wider range of setups, including with foils from other brands. And since the setup for pump foiling is often what transforms an "okay" board into a "perfect" one, this extra range makes a real difference, especially as you progress and start searching for the optimal setup.

The other major change is the HDC (High Density Core) fiberglass construction. The goal is clear: to maintain Kluber's DNA, ultra-stiff, ultra-healthy, ultra-durable, while making performance more accessible . The manufacturing process is inspired by front wing construction methods: prepreg fiberglass lamination, three H-shaped carbon stringers to lock in stiffness, a double-entry SCS box , all pressed in a steel mold and cured at 155°C. The steel mold is a true hallmark of quality: dimensional stability, repeatability, and a board that doesn't "bend." The result is a board as stiff as the carbon version, with a slight, deliberate weight increase to maintain that stiffness, and a significantly lower price.

In terms of use, everything is designed so you won't be afraid to live with it. The high-density foam is hydrophobic : in the event of a serious impact, water won't seep in like in a more fragile construction. Sensitive areas are reinforced, and the board is more resistant to the typical point impacts of docking (pontoons, edges, handling). We want a board that can withstand repeated use, not a precious object you're afraid to take out.

Underfoot, we're keeping what works: the Ridge Traction Pad 3mm . Thin, highly grippy, comfortable, and above all, with no lack of board feel: in pump foiling, a pad that's too thick disrupts the feedback, but here you maintain precise, consistent, and clean contact. You feel exactly where you're applying pressure, and the board responds instantly.

Finally, the Kluber HDC fiberglass board also offers a more "fun" approach without being gimmicky: several designs with bold colors, a refined design, and helpful visual cues for proper positioning. It doesn't change the performance, but it makes all the difference on a dock: everyone can have their own board, easily identifiable, and that perfectly embodies the spirit of pump foiling; serious about performance, but never boring.

In conclusion: the Kluber HDC Fiberglass is the most logical entry point into modern pump foiling. A true performance board, stiff, responsive, durable, super easy to adjust, and with a price/technology ratio that remains typical of GONG.

ROCKER

Thanks to a very tight rocker, pumping becomes more efficient and ensures a perfect stance, optimizing each foot placement with the front foot flat on the deck. It also allows for using the full length of the Kluber based on your size and stance.

The Kluber features beveled rails for a comfortable grip in hand when launching, whether you're dockstarting or beachstarting.

The beveled rails also help once in flight by preventing the board from sticking during touchdowns.

Ridge Traction Pad

With its perfect grip and 3mm thickness, the new Ridge Traction Pad provides absolute comfort and grip. Your support is perfectly stable, and your control surgically precise.

HDC Technology

The HDC (High Density Core) construction offers nothing but advantages, except for the cost of implementation.

This innovative technology stems from our expertise in building high-end foil wings and masts. The board is a complex multiaxial combination of fiberglass and prepreg carbon, with a very high-density foam core, three H-shaped prepreg carbon stringers, and two full fiberglass prepreg US SCS boxes. The entire structure is molded and cured under 120 tons of pressure at 155°C.

This technology requires no sanding at any stage, which means no production waste. The shape is molded, so it does not need sanding. The laminations are pressed and fused, so they do not require sanding either. The hot coats are directly integrated into the molding process, eliminating sanding there as well. It is extremely costly to implement, but the result is 100% clean and precise.

All our prototyping phases are tested on our own test benches. HDC boards easily pass resistance tests exceeding several hundred kilograms of load on the front foot area.

The relatively low price for such exceptional technology is explained by the speed of construction. Less human time (divided by four) means lower costs. In short, with this board you are mainly paying for premium materials assembled to the highest standards.

For whom?

The Kluber is intended for foilers of any size and level wishing to start or perform in dock and beach start.

For what?

With perfect dimensions, unrivaled rigidity and construction on the market, a super light weight and a super low price, there is no doubt that the Kluber is the ideal dock & beach start board #looknofurther.

Which size?

When pumping, board size is not a function of weight, but rather of ability. The 95 cm will be easier for a beginner rider, while the 87 and 80 sizes will be perfect for intermediate to expert riders.

Indeed, more length makes it possible to compensate for hesitations in positioning the feet ? And less length offers a reduction in weight and therefore performance. It’s all a question of compromise and choice as always.

What is the ideal foil?

All giant wings such as the Trail, Ultra Trail, Siru s, Curve H and Fluid H which are designed to pump over long distances. To be mounted on an HM70 or HM77 mast.

The more classic high aspect wings in usual sizes will be ideal for high pace pumping. To be mounted with an HM70 or HM77 mast.

Which bag?

Equipments

2x GONG US Box Double Entry for standard foils with 4 screws plate. System compatible with US Box square nuts and SCS system with 9 cm spacing for ultra-fast mounting of GONG foils. The square nuts or SCS system are not included with the board.

The Kluber HDC is equipped with our high-end Ridge Traction Pad. With its perfect grip and 3mm thickness, the Ridge Traction Pad provides absolute comfort and grip. Your stance is completely stable, and your control is precise to the finest degree.

The Kluber features our dual-entry US box system, designed to fit the SCS used on all our latest foil boards. This system makes foil installation so simple, you'll save time on the water.

With the SCS nuts connected by the composite rods, your nuts are perfectly aligned without having to touch them. You place them on the 4 entries, you fit them in, you move the foil back to the chosen position and with two turns of the keys per screw the foil is mounted. The GONG double entry box makes it easier to assemble and adjust the foil! Performance without the hassle. When dismantling, just leave the nuts and the screws on the top plate, loosen the screws, remove the foil and off you go! It is the plug and play solution which facilitates adjustments (SCS nuts not supplied with the board).
