Overview
The Neutra Aramid 2027 is a smooth, light and precise wing, designed for surfing freely with an immediate feeling of connection. Its Aramid construction delivers direct response and excellent shape retention, while preserving the soft, natural character that defines the Neutra’s DNA.
In surf, it knows how to disappear. When flagged out, it floats easily by your side, follows changes of direction and lets you focus fully on the wave, the foil and your foot pressure. Its refined leading edge and its open, tapered tips enhance that feeling of freedom.
When you power back up, the wing quickly regains clear, locked-in support. It accelerates smoothly, keeps the pull comfortable in your arms and remains easy to control when the wind varies. The forward-tuned profile promotes natural glide and excellent flow throughout your ride.
The Aramid structure creates a very direct connection with the rider. Pumping responds instantly, line changes are precise and the shape holds firmly when the wing is loaded. Strut
The Neutra Aramid 2027 features an Aramid strut, specially developed to preserve smooth, precise and natural handling. Its triple-section design and diameter that gradually tapers towards the rear allow the strut to flex evenly when the wing is loaded. The profile is maintained over around 45% of its length, then the rear third tapers off to free up glide. The leading edge / strut connection and the shape of the rear cone complete this architecture to deliver a direct, consistent response, with all the precision expected from a Team Series construction.
Profile
The Neutra Aramid 2027 features a slightly tighter profile through the front section to promote glide and maintain smooth, straight-line pull. The draft is concentrated at a precise point to deliver clear, stable support in the hands. Through the rear two thirds, the profile has been deliberately refined to free up the airflow and make the power easy to modulate. The Aramid structure holds this geometry precisely under load to keep the wing fluid, settled and progressive, with natural sheeting in and out in gusts as well as through transitions.
Outline
The Neutra Aramid 2027 keeps the same wingspan and overall chord, but redistributes the surface area towards the centre and front of the wing. This geometry delivers well-directed pull, torque and efficient speed build-up, while maintaining a balanced, maneuverable outline. The Aramid structure holds this distribution precisely under load and preserves a direct, stable feel. The wing accelerates easily, maintains power through lulls, and stays natural to reposition in transitions as well as in the waves.
Tips
The tips of the Neutra Aramid 2027 feature a natural opening that allows them to twist off progressively under load and free up the glide. Their refined shape reduces inertia at the extremities and, combined with the Aramid structure, maintains a light, precise feel through changes of direction. The wing repositions easily and retains its full freefly freedom, with a natural feel in the waves.

What for?
The Neutra Aramid is first and foremost a waveriding and freefly wing. It naturally follows through carves, feels light when flagged out, and quickly repositions itself in sections where the rider is prioritising the foil and the wave. Its profile and structure also give it excellent freeride efficiency: glide, acceleration, upwind ability and comfort in the arms. It keeps good drive when pumping and through lulls, making it efficient across a wide range of conditions.
Why choose an Aramid X construction?
The Aramid leading edge and strut give the Neutra a lightweight, stiff structure that remains exceptionally stable under load. The wing transmits rider inputs directly and precisely maintains its shape, while preserving the neutrality and smoothness essential for surfing and freefly.

The Code 95 canopy, extremely stiff and virtually stretch-free, significantly reduces deformation and maintains the profile under load. Unlike the Team Series Aramid, which features a more progressive Triple Ripstop canopy, the Pro Team Series Aramid X prioritizes ultra-direct response and maximum efficiency. What size should you choose?
Choose your size according to your weight, level, the wind, and the efficiency of your foil and board.
Thanks to its excellent pumping transfer and quick acceleration, the Neutra Aramid makes efficient use of its surface area. So avoid systematically oversizing it in search of power: a well-chosen size will preserve more speed, maneuverability and freedom in rotations.
A larger size will be interesting to maximise early take-off in light wind. A more compact size will be especially enjoyable in freestyle and when the wind picks up.

Which foil with the Neutra?
The V3 Atmo range lets you fine-tune the character of the combo to suit your riding style.
For accessible surf and carving: Curve V3 Atmo. Its intuitive behaviour makes it easy to initiate carves and progress with a forgiving, playful foil.
For faster, more committed surf: Fluid V3 Atmo. More lively and precise, it supports dynamic input and lets you link turns with more speed.
For freefly and glide: Veloce Free Fly V3 Atmo. Its efficiency helps you carry more speed when the wing is flagged out and make the most of long glides between waves.
For high-performance surf: Ypra Surf V3 Atmo. It is aimed at riders looking for a more radical ride, with more speed, precision and commitment through the carves.

Which board with the Neutra?
The Mint is the versatile choice for combining freeride, freefly and waveriding. Available in FSP Pro or Hollow Carbon, it offers an excellent balance of stability, glide and maneuverability.
For more responsiveness in surf: Lemon Hollow Carbon. Its compact, playful shape suits changes of line and committed carves.
For waveriding: Lethal Hollow Carbon. More specialised, it prioritises precision, freedom through turns and responsiveness to fully unlock the Neutra’s surf potential.
For light wind: Cruzader Point. Its elongated format promotes glide before take-off and lets you get going early with less effort, especially with a Neutra Aramid and a high-lift foil.

Which boom should you choose?
The Neutra Aramid 2027 is designed exclusively for use with a boom. Three options let you adapt the feel and practicality to your programme.
The Carbon Boom offers an excellent balance of stiffness, light weight, precision and versatility. It is the most balanced choice to enjoy the Neutra Aramid across all its uses.
The Full Carbon Boom prioritises performance with a full carbon construction. Its stiffness and low weight reinforce the direct connection with the wing, which is particularly valuable in pumping, surf and changes of line.
The 2-Piece Carbon Boom keeps a direct feel while making transport, storage and travel easier thanks to its detachable design.
Which leash?
A 5’5 to 8’ wing leash will suit most uses.
A short leash lets you recover the wing quickly after a fall, which is particularly useful in freestyle when attempts come one after another. A longer leash leaves more distance between the foil and the wing during a fall.
Check its condition regularly and replace it as soon as it shows signs of wear. The leash is an essential part of your safety setup.
Do not leave your wing flapping unnecessarily in the wind at the end of the leash, and never try to hold the wing back abruptly by the leash in the waves.
Harness or not?
The Neutra Aramid works perfectly without a harness for surf, freefly and highly mobile sessions, where you want to keep maximum freedom of movement and move the wing around easily.
For fast freeride, long reaches, or when you are riding well powered, the harness helps to greatly reduce the load.
Need a spare bladder?
It's not essential for everyday use, but having a compatible spare bladder can be useful when traveling or riding far from a repair facility. Bladders, valves and other maintenance parts are available separately to extend the lifespan of your wing. A repair kit is also included for quick fixes to small punctures.
What mistakes should you avoid?
Don't choose the Neutra Aramid solely for its Team Series construction. Its real benefits come into play when your riding allows you to make the most of its precision, efficiency and direct response, particularly in surfing, freefly and committed freeride.
Also, avoid choosing an oversized wing to compensate for an unsuitable foil or board. A well-matched, properly sized setup will let you fully enjoy the wing's glide, maneuverability and efficiency.
Finally, always follow the recommended inflation pressures. The Aramid structure maintains its shape extremely well under load, so the specified pressure is all you need to achieve the performance intended by our designers.

5 windows
The NEUTRA Aramid 2027 incorporates five windows distributed throughout the wing to maintain good awareness of the environment without disturbing the wing's behavior.
Their position allows them to better anticipate other practitioners, obstacles and trajectories during starts, transitions or close navigation.
A real plus for learning, progressing and navigating with peace of mind, while keeping a wing light, balanced and easy to pilot.
Semi-rigid downwind textile handle
Almost rigid, the downwind handle offers a more precise and direct grip to improve wing control in freefly and surfing.
It allows for better one-handed control of the wing while maintaining enough flexibility to remain comfortable during windless sailing phases.
The new oval seams and added reinforcements at the anchor points distribute stress more effectively on the leading edge, in order to improve the overall durability.
The Dyneema leash attachment is now positioned on the underside of the handle. This keeps the leash better away from the grip area and less of an obstruction to the hands during freeflying.
Rapid inflation with the One Pump Max Flow system
The leading edge and center strut are connected by the One Pump system to quickly inflate the entire wing from a single valve . Once the wing is pressurized, the clip allows the two bladders to be isolated to maintain the wing's buoyancy in case of damage to the strut or leading edge.
A second valve is integrated into the ski to speed up deflation. Simply open the valves on the leading edge and the ski to quickly release the air and facilitate folding and storage.
To preserve the wing's structure, always deflate the strut at the same time as the leading edge and do not leave the strut under pressure on its own.
Fiberglass micro-battens
Fiberglass micro-battens are integrated into the trailing edge to effectively limit flapping and maintain the profile to the tip of the sail.
They stabilize the trailing edge, improve profile stability and promote cleaner flow to maintain a precise and efficient wing, even as speed increases.
Lightweight, durable and easily replaceable , they also allow you to easily maintain your wing and extend its performance over time.
Camera safety loops
Discreet nylon safety ties are integrated on each tip and near the strut to secure your camera when mounted on the leading edge or slat with a suitable mount.
Their positioning is designed to keep the leash out of the camera's field of view and prevent any interference while riding. This allows you to film your sessions from multiple angles, maintaining a clean and secure setup, without the risk of losing your camera in case of a fall.
Repair kit
A repair kit is included with your wing to perform common repairs and extend its lifespan.
It includes patches adapted to bladders and fabrics , practical for quick intervention in case of small perforation, cut or tear.
Carrying bag
The wing comes with a practical and robust carrying bag, designed to facilitate storage, transport and storage between sessions.
Its generous size allows for easy storage of the folded wing and its accessories, while its compact design simplifies transport to the spot and minimizes bulk in the vehicle or at home. Please note that the bag is not compatible with a wing that has the boom attached.

- Spare parts are available to order so you can carry out maintenance yourself or entrust the repair to your usual workshop.

The Neutra Aramid 2027 is aimed at autonomous riders looking for a high-performance, lightweight and precise wing for wave riding, freefly and smooth freeride.
It really comes into its own when you want to get more out of your wing: surf with a discreet wing, accelerate easily, pump efficiently and maintain precise control through changes of direction. Its Aramid structure delivers a direct connection to the wing while preserving the Neutra’s smooth, flowing character.
What is the difference between the Neutra Aramid 2027 and the Neutra Aramid 2026?
The Neutra Aramid 2027 retains the surf, freefly and glide DNA of the previous generation, with a reworked shape that brings even more fluidity, control and efficiency.
The front section of the profile is slightly tightened, and the draft is positioned further forward to deliver clear, well-directed pull. The rear two-thirds have been noticeably refined to free up glide, lighten back-hand pressure and make sheeting in and out more progressive.
The surface area has been redistributed towards the centre and the front to increase torque and speed build-up. The tips feature an open, refined geometry, with better-controlled twist under load and reduced inertia at the extremities.
The leading edge also features a reduced diameter. The strut has evolved with a triple-section design, a progressive taper and a profile maintained over around 45% of its length, before thinning out over the rear third.
The result: a Neutra that is smoother, lighter in feel and more precise, with behaviour particularly well suited to surf, freefly and freeride.
Is it suitable for freestyle and jumps?
It can absolutely handle your first jumps and committed transitions, but that’s not its main programme. The Neutra is built first and foremost for surf, freefly and smooth, flowing riding.
Its well-oriented pull still makes it easy to build speed and stay in control when you send a jump or load the wing through a transition. Its Aramid structure delivers a precise, direct response, with a wing that stays mobile and enjoyable to handle.
How does it perform in light wind?
The Neutra Aramid retains good low-end power and excellent speed build-up.
The area concentrated towards the centre and front delivers torque for pumping, while the Aramid structure efficiently transfers every input. Its efficient profile then makes it easy to build and maintain speed.
Paired with a board and foil suited to light wind, it lets you get up on foil efficiently and ride through the lulls while keeping the Neutra’s maneuverable character.
How does it handle when the wind picks up?
This is one of the Neutra Aramid’s strong points. Its reduced-diameter leading edge and refined rear profile give it a smooth, balanced feel that’s easy to control at the top end.
Pressure stays well managed in the arms, and the sheeting remains progressive. The Aramid structure holds the shape efficiently as speed builds, helping maintain precision, glide and comfort in powered-up conditions.
What does the Aramid construction bring compared with a Dacron Neutra?
The leading edge and strut in 85 g/m² Aramid provide a light structure that remains particularly stable under load.
Less of the rider's input is absorbed by the structure: pumping becomes more direct, acceleration is crisp, and the wing responds instantly during line changes.
The canopy remains in 54 g/m² Triple Ripstop to preserve a progressive, comfortable response. The Neutra Aramid therefore combines structural stiffness, responsiveness and smooth handling.
Why is the 2027 Boom strut specific?
The strut is designed entirely around the boom to deliver a direct, consistent connection across the entire grip zone.
Its triple-section layout progressively manages how it works under load, while its diameter continuously tapers towards the rear. The profile is maintained over around 45% of its length, then the rear third narrows significantly to free up glide.
The connection between the leading edge and the strut has also been refined to transmit pumping input efficiently and distribute loads evenly.
Can you use handles on the Neutra Aramid 2027?
No.
The Neutra Aramid is designed exclusively for use with a boom. The geometry of its strut and the distribution of its stiffness zones have been developed specifically for this continuous grip.
If you're looking for a Neutra with handles, you should go for an RH version compatible with this type of grip.
