DRYFLEECE is a range of products designed as technical protection to accompany each phase of your sessions, with a clear objective: to stay warm, dry and mobile, whatever the conditions.

The overshirt, derived from the concept of our original poncho, is designed for lifestyle use in “off session” offering an effective barrier against wind and cold thanks to its thick material and drying fleece lining.
We have enhanced the technical contribution of our overshirt by adding a windproof membrane to the back of its outer material, making this piece a 3-layer garment that is significantly more effective against the cold compared to existing overshirts on the market.

SIZES AND FIT

The DRYFLEECE overshirt has a straight cut that can be worn fitted or oversized. Its short length is designed for everyday wear: it pairs perfectly with your regular outfit.

The sleeves are comfortable, with a shirt opening at the bottom of the sleeve to keep in warmth on cold days.

Its length effectively protects the entire upper body, allowing freedom of movement for the lower body.

Our overshirts are unisex, available in sizes XS to XXL, with a straight, long cut. We recommend choosing your usual size for optimal layering with your clothes.

Overshirt or dryfleece poncho?

Choose the DRYFLEECE Overshirt if you prioritize compactness, a fitted silhouette, and versatility for both sport and everyday wear. Its hip-length cut and streamlined body and sleeves make it a truly versatile garment that you can easily keep on before and after your session.

The DRYFLEECE poncho serves a different purpose. Its length and generous volume provide more coverage and allow for significantly more space around the body. This overshirt doesn't aim to replace the poncho; it translates its core values of warmth and comfort into a more compact, lifestyle-oriented garment, while adding windproof protection.

Overshirt or dryfleece jacket?

The choice depends primarily on the conditions in which you intend to use it. The DRYFLEECE overshirt is windproof: it's designed to block the wind and retain heat on the slopes, but it's not waterproof. It's therefore particularly well-suited to cool and windy days when rain isn't the main concern.

The DRYFLEECE jacket takes protection to the next level: it's both windproof and waterproof (10,000 mm). Choose it when you're regularly exposed to rain, splashes, or more challenging conditions. With a comparable length at the hips, it offers the most protection against the elements.
The jacket also features a hood for optimal protection.

Aesthetics then become the deciding factor between the two models, depending on your preferences. The overshirt adopts a more lifestyle look and a construction inspired by a classic overshirt, while the jacket embraces its technical nature. The cut is intentionally slimmer than a poncho, both in the body and sleeves. If you plan to regularly wear the overshirt over thick layers, keep this in mind when choosing your size. The goal is to maintain enough freedom of movement without sacrificing the benefits of its more structured silhouette.

In cold weather, think in terms of layers. A suitable base layer under your overshirt will significantly increase thermal comfort. The longer you stay still at the spot, the more important this becomes: a windproof membrane limits wind heat loss, but it doesn't replace the insulation needed in very low temperatures.

Mistakes to avoid

The first mistake would be to confuse windproof with waterproof. The membrane is designed to block the wind and enhance thermal comfort. The STORM construction of the pockets also limits direct water penetration, but the DRYFLEECE Windproof Overshirt doesn't have the same function as a waterproof parka. For prolonged exposure to rain, choose a garment specifically designed for that purpose.

The second option would be to choose it as a complete replacement for a poncho. Its hip-length cut and slimmer profile are precisely what make it more versatile and lifestyle-oriented, but it naturally offers less coverage and less volume. If you're primarily looking for a garment with significant coverage or ample room for changing, a poncho remains the most logical choice.
