ARTICLE 1 – ORGANISATION OF THE OFFER
GONG SUP 1, a French simplified joint-stock company with a sole shareholder (SASU), with share capital of €100,000, whose registered office is located at 19 rue Fernand Nouvion, 44600 Saint-Nazaire, France, registered with the Saint-Nazaire Trade and Companies Register under number 514 988 237 and represented by Mr Patrice Guénolé, is organising a promotional campaign entitled “Back to Cool”.
ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE OF THE CAMPAIGN
The campaign allows any customer who meets the conditions set out below to receive a personal promotional code entitling them to a 5% discount on a future order.
ARTICLE 3 – CAMPAIGN PERIOD
The campaign will run from 28 August 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Paris time until 13 September 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Paris time, inclusive.
Only orders for which payment is approved during this period will be eligible for the benefit.
ARTICLE 4 – ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS
The Offer is open to any adult individual, excluding ambassadors who already receive a specific discount, who is able to place an order on the website https://www.gong-galaxy.com or at the Shop located at 19 rue Fernand Nouvion, 44600 Saint-Nazaire, France.
The campaign is available in all countries from which the Organiser accepts orders and, for online sales, to which it delivers, subject to any mandatory provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
To be eligible, the customer must be identified:
-
online, by placing the order through their customer account;
-
at the Shop, by providing an email address that allows the purchase to be linked to their customer profile.
Orders placed as a guest are not eligible.
ARTICLE 5 – QUALIFYING ORDERS
A qualifying order is any order that:
-
is placed between 28 August and 13 September 2026, inclusive;
-
is placed online or at the Shop;
-
is linked to an identified customer;
-
has had its payment approved during the campaign period; and
-
has not been cancelled before the code is issued.
No minimum purchase amount is required for a qualifying order. All products are included, without exception.
An order that already benefits from a promotion or is paid for, in whole or in part, using a promotional code, gift card or credit note remains eligible.
A partially refunded order remains a qualifying order. An order cancelled before the code is sent does not qualify for the benefit.
ARTICLE 6 – ISSUANCE AND DELIVERY OF THE CODE
Provided that these terms and conditions are complied with, the customer will receive a personal and unique promotional code by email 30 days after payment for their qualifying order has been approved.
Only one code will be issued per customer throughout the campaign, regardless of the number of qualifying orders placed. Where multiple orders are placed, the delivery period will be calculated from the first qualifying order that has not been cancelled.
For information purposes, depending on the date on which payment is approved, codes may be sent progressively between 27 September and 13 October 2026.
Customers are advised to check that their email address is correct and to check their spam or junk-mail folder. The Organiser cannot be held liable for an incorrect email address or for the message being filtered for reasons beyond its control, subject to its statutory obligations.
ARTICLE 7 – CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE CODE
The code sent to the customer:
-
provides a 5% discount on a future order;
-
is personal, unique and non-transferable;
-
may be used only once;
-
is valid for two months from the date on which it is sent;
-
may be used online at [website URL] and at the Shop [address or list];
-
does not require a minimum purchase amount;
-
is valid on all products;
-
may be combined with other offers and promotional codes;
-
does not apply to delivery charges; and
-
cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed for its monetary value.
The 5% discount is calculated on the amount payable for the products after all other discounts have been applied, excluding delivery charges.
The code expires two months after it is sent and may be used on its expiry date. After that date, it will automatically become invalid and cannot be extended or replaced, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
ARTICLE 8 – CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations, returns and refunds remain subject to the terms and conditions of sale and the returns policy applicable to the relevant order, without limiting the consumer’s statutory rights.
If the qualifying order is cancelled before the code is sent, the customer will no longer be eligible. If a code has already been issued following an order that is subsequently cancelled, the Organiser may deactivate it if it has not yet been used, subject to any applicable mandatory provisions.
A partially refunded qualifying order remains eligible for the code.
Where an order paid for using the code is returned or refunded, the refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid by the customer. The code used will remain redeemed and will not be recredited, replaced or converted into cash, subject to any applicable mandatory statutory provisions.
ARTICLE 9 – FRAUD AND MISUSE
The Organiser may refuse, deactivate or cancel the issuance or use of a code in the event of fraud, attempted fraud, inaccurate identity information, misuse of the campaign or failure to comply with these terms and conditions, without prejudice to the customer’s statutory rights.
ARTICLE 10 – AMENDMENT, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the campaign for legitimate reasons or in circumstances beyond its control, provided that customers are informed by appropriate means and that rights already acquired are not adversely affected, unless preserving those rights has become impossible.
ARTICLE 11 – LIABILITY
The Organiser cannot be held liable for a technical malfunction beyond its control that temporarily prevents access to the website, the registration of an order or the use of a code, subject to its statutory obligations.
ARTICLE 12 – GOVERNING LAW AND COMPLAINTS
These terms and conditions are governed by French law, without depriving consumers residing in another country of the mandatory protections available to them under their national law.
