A first feedback of the new Ypra S can be read on our forum thanks to Jules who could score a session with the size L.

   

“Hello,

Little feedback about the Ypra LS. I’m 98kg. I was on my Lethal 5’3 (105L) with a Plus in 5m2 in 20/35 knots. For the foil: HM 85 Mast and Veloce H 47 Stab.

I was not feeling super confident with this small wing (1000). I’m used to sailing on much bigger wings, whatever the conditions, haha.

In short, I took off without any problem on the first gust.

From there on I had a blast?! The foil is super maneuverable while remaining stable. I really loved it in wave riding. My turns got more dynamic with much more speed. The glide allows you to connect one wave to another effortlessly. I was even able to catch up to the wave in front of me.

I would have called it S for Surf!

At the end of the session, being a little tired, the takeoff got a little more tricky. I think an XLS for my size would be perfect! Either this or a membership to the gym…

So I’m going to get it for Christmas for sure! ?? ”
