Description

An Artisanal Hand shaped Board. Tinted Resin and glossy hand polished finish make this Board an object of desire.

These Boards are shaped and decorated by L’Ours himself here at our Workshop in La Baule gives these Boards a distinguished “Made in La France” labeling.

This asymmetrical version of the Pie maximizes its qualities for a goofy which will find a strong frontside acceleration capacity and easy backside turns.

And what about this finish with a marble of magnificent tinted resin, a clear deck, both delimited by a pin line in white tinted resin with a slight relief very pleasant in the hand to the ducks.

GLOBAL

Rocker: tight enough for an early take off and maximum speed in small waves.
Rails: perf to tail, and retro in front.
Volume: generous but not excessive for an early take off and crazy performances.
Outline: asymmetrical to boost the perfumes of the goofy, wide in the center with a median master bau and more pinched ends.
Tail: asymmetric fish tail.
Nose: asymmetrical round point nose for oar lift and recovery.
Deck: light dome to keep thin rails and flat in the center for control.
Bottom: Vee marked at the tail, then light Vee double concave in the center, and light belly at the nose.
Daggerboards: twin fin.

C'est la technologie ancestrale et la plus noble de l'artisan shaper. Elle offre une sensation inégalée. C'est la référence des surfeurs de haut niveau.

Planche 100% résine Polyester sur pain de mousse Polyuréthane Bennett Foam 50kg/m³
Latte bois de haute qualité en 3mm à 5mm pour éviter les pliures.
Détail du pont : 2 couches de fibre de verre 4oz ou 6oz selon les planches.
Détail de la carène : 1 couche de fibre de verre 4oz ou 6oz selon les planches
Renforts : un large patch de fibre de verre 4oz englobant le tail et les box de dérives.
Préshape à la commande numérique, contrôle du shape par templates traditionnels, finition 100% à la main.
Finition mate pour une meilleure glisse, moins de sensibilité aux rayures et un look comp.
Cette techno est facilement réparable en cas de choc, notamment à la résine UV.
Pain hydrophobe qui ne se gorge pas d’eau lorsqu’un incident survient.
Les planches "Factory" sont 100% shapées et glassées dans notre Factory en France
