FEEDBACK: MOB FSP 2X
Feedback from Thomas on our forum who chose the Mob FSP 2X Cool 7’6 to cope with sloppy conditions.
“This Mob Cool is a real treat! I do not have the technical skills to talk about it but here’s what I can say for sure:
- it is super stable and easy to row (just some slight row effect to manage)
- it’s very comfortable in the wind and the chop
- it takes off very early on very small waves (we only have to bend forward and off it goes)
- it does not turn like a Karmen, of course, but it turns! The turns are more rounded (at least with me and what I’ve been able to do with it so far), it’s smooth, it glides, it’s cool!
- when it got a bit more hollow, I was still fine (I didn’t surf 2m either, eh, 1m something…)
- I did not pearl although I was a bit late on some take offs. It’s safe!
- adaptation time: 1 wave
- it takes up little space, it looks great, it’s light, …
