The Pie is the fast, stylish, and maneuverable swallow, ideal for light/medium wind and sluggish waves.
Introduction
The Pie kiteboard is a modern swallow, fast, maneuverable, and comfortable for surfing with style.
With its acceleration and outstanding upwind ability for a kite surfboard, it performs in side-on/onshore conditions and less powerful waves. All you have to do is choose a wave, surf it all the way down before easily and quickly repositioning yourself out the back to start again.
In the turns, it’s really a board that boosts your style. It’s easy, smooth, and wicked if you ask it to be. Generous in surface area, it surfs perfectly without traction. You set your kite and focus on your moves in the wave, enjoying maximum surfing.
The addition of channels boosts your board:
- Control of your trajectories and directional stability is more important, allowing for more serene supports to push your limits in turns as well as in full-speed chop.
- They slightly tighten the rocker in selected sections. The flow is optimized, and the board’s character is upgraded.
- By channeling the water, they significantly accelerate the flows and thus your speed.
- Real shock absorbers, they dissipate the impact of chop, and landings are softer.
- Finally, they provide more natural stiffness to the composite, and more resistance to breakage.
On flat water, its qualities of relaunch, speed, and upwind performance work wonders. Easy to handle in transitions, it’s a hyper-friendly board that always keeps you smiling.
Its large surface area and thin rails are a magical combo in strapless freestyle. The pop is clean, and landings are easy on this forgiving board. The prominent nose loves tacks and freestyle tricks such as nose slides. Its large surface area keeps the board stuck to your feet in the wind. It’s really cool for all levels of freestyle.
It’s the magical board to do everything with style, performance, and ease!
Outline
The Pie’s outline is very progressive, so the highly buoyant tail doesn’t limit maneuverability. Its very smooth curves allow for very intuitive maneuverability. You engage in turns and increase pressure at will, without any breaks. It’s a very healthy behavior that allows you to take advantage of this large-surface board. Buoyant, stylish, and maneuverable at the same time!
NOSE
The round point nose offers ideal buoyancy in transitions and facilitates relaunches. Finally, the overall volume is generous, but relative to the large surface area, it’s very discreet and provides particularly efficient thin rails.

TAIL
The swallow tail provides astonishing rail-to-rail action and a lot of maneuverability in the waves. The rail extends all the way to the end of the board to guide it in its trajectory. And the precisely balanced swallow lightens the pressure on the back foot in turns by reducing the surface area at the tail. The rail goes all the way to the tail but not the volume: that’s the secret of a good swallow.

Rocker
The relaxed rocker allows for early planing and a good balance of heading/speed.
HULL
The hull design is very important to combine strong grip when sailing and maneuverability in surfing. The wide channels provide better directional control. They channel water and accelerate flows to provide superior speed in waves and navigation. They also offer more smoothness in water contact despite gaining rigidity and strength in the board’s structure. You’re more radical, fluid, comfortable, and totally in control.
Diamond Traction Pad
With its new modular design, the Diamond Traction Pad evolves to deliver even greater versatility, comfort, and precision. Still featuring exceptional grip and a 5 mm thickness, it ensures maximum traction and secure footing for total control in all conditions.
The connection to the board remains direct and precise, promoting responsive handling while maintaining enough cushioning to absorb impacts and preserve comfort during long sessions.
The Diamond Traction Pad now consists of two main elements: a front pad and a tail pad, available in multiple sizes and shapes depending on the board. This base configuration optimizes weight while retaining essential comfort and control.
The central “boomerang” section, made of two pieces, can be added as an option to maximize grip surface, reinforce support, and achieve full foot hold. This allows you to fine-tune your setup based on your riding style and priorities: lightweight feel or maximum grip.
FSP 2X Technology = Strength, Lightness, and Durability
The FSP 2X kitesurf boards range features a high-end construction with a full 3 mm thick PVC sandwich (80 kg/m³), combined with biaxial fiberglass reinforcements. This process ensures an exceptional balance between stiffness, durability, and lightness. Completely waterproof, the shell effectively protects the EPS foam core, preventing any water-related damage, even in the event of impact.
Thanks to the FSP 2X technology, you not only benefit from an unmatched strength-to-weight ratio at an affordable price but also from simplified repairability. In case of impact, repairs can rely on a solid base and blend perfectly with the surrounding material. The PVC foam prevents infiltration, thus ensuring the longevity of your board.
Result: a construction designed to last, perform, and remain reliable over time.
Single Tab Fin Boxes = Enhanced Performance
Our kitesurf boards now come equipped with Single Tab fin boxes, a proven standard known for its reliability and performance. This upgrade delivers better power transfer, increased stiffness between the fin and the board, and excellent long-term durability, even under heavy use.
More robust and highly valued for their precision on the water, Single Tab fin boxes also ensure quick and secure installation. This evolution reflects our ongoing commitment to improving durability, board feel, and overall product quality.
Technologie FSP 2X Kitesurf

Buying guide
For whom ?
From beginners to pros who love surfing with style.
The beginner will appreciate its natural glide and ease. Transitions are easy, both the first jibes and tacks.
The pro will love its performance in surfing and freestyle.
For What ?
From surfing in light to medium wind, to freestyle in the wind, that’s the program of the Pie.
What size ?

Ideal conditions ?
Ideal wave size: from almost nothing to shoulder high.
Power: it performs best in soft to normal waves.
Aspect: it goes everywhere, even in choppy water and wind.
What’s the ideal kite ?
The Pie kiteboard will work wonders with an Elips but also with a Unik for a light and maneuverable kite in surfing.
Quiver mates?
You can supplement the low range with a kite foil board when the wind is really light.
When the wind is stronger, more side-on, and the waves more substantial, a Lethal will allow you to go even further in radicality.
In light wind, a Matata will be a real complement for freeride or surfing in soft waves.
And in freestyle, a Catch kiteboard or a Fatal will be true complementary tools.
What adjustments?
The Pie Kite is set up as a quad with Single Tab fin boxes. You’re free to install the fin set of your choice. All Single Tab fin models are available on our website.
Set up as a quad for more grip, and a more skate-like feel with a small quad setup (4x90mm, for example).
Set up as 115mm twins in the rear boxes for super-smooth gliding while surfing and mind-blowing snaps.
Strapped or strapless?
Riding strapless is sexy because it feels free. You get the sensations of surfing and have mobility on the board to play in the waves. It’s a very pure style of riding but difficult to master.
With straps, you’re sure your board will stay attached to your feet, even in the most committed aerial maneuvers. You’ll have much more control and performance one step above.
So it’s up to you to see if sensation prevails over performance. Place your straps in the central position (3rd hole) for the front, and the same for the rear strap if you always ride with straps.
If you want to be able to take out the back foot for transitions and surfing, place the rear strap in the first hole.
