Ideal for a beginner since the porpoising effect is naturally attenuated by a longer fuselage which will increase the length of the oscillation accordingly. These stab extensions will allow you to progress even faster.
The foil is calmer. You have more time to react. And it responds less abruptly to your hazardous requests ?
These fuselage extensions will also have the effect of lengthening your curve radii and requiring a little more downforce. The foil will be generally less lively, depending on the extensions used. Perfect for more relaxed rides.
These parts are also perfect/essential for windsurfing enthusiasts who want to wind foil with their GONG foil.
Two versions of the rear extension are available depending on your need for stability:
The 8.5cm extension will be used mainly in wing, surfing and SUP foiling, while the 16cm extension will be the most suitable for wind foiling.
These extensions are compatible with all front wings and ALLVATOR V2 surf, wing and kite stabilizers as well as ALLVATOR V2 andALLVATOR Original fuselages.
These extensions are to be fixed with the 4 Torx M6x12mm screws not included with the extension.
These parts have no play other than the 2/10ths required for assembly/disassembly. This micrometric play is essential but perfectly blocked by tightening the screws.
The only restriction is repeated jumps which we do not recommend. These parts are designed to withstand it, but this is not what we recommend. It’s great for cruising, not as much for sending huge rotations ?

The practice of the sport Foil may expose you to serious injury. A poor mastering of Foil may lead to cut, serious injury and/or including death for you and/or others.
Foil should be practiced by taking into consideration all kite user precautions that are associated with the sport Foil. Remember that a Foil is long, cutting, and reaches high speeds. Getting hit by a Foil, or hitting someone/thing can have dramatic consequences.
Always Foil far from others, in a secure and safe waterscape without obstacles.
Foil is most often practiced in light winds which may cease to blow leading you to return to shore by swimming. As a consequence do not overestimate your your strength/capacity : never go further out than your skill and swimming capacities and wind conditions allow.
Always wear a helmet and life vest for floatation. Always wear a full body wetsuit.
When handling the Foil, be careful not to cut yourself along the edges.
