A precise shape from the start

Each board is first developed in 3D using modeling software, then CNC pre-shaped to precisely reproduce the intended volume distribution, rocker, rails, and hull.

The shape is then checked using traditional templates before the final adjustments are made entirely by hand.

This combination of digital precision and hand finishing ensures the finished board stays true to the original design.
