Learn to fly above the water with an easy-to-handle foil.
For a motivating start where every session brings you closer to more sensations and greater independence, choosing the right foil is essential. Wing foiling is an accessible sport as long as you learn in the right conditions:
- Conditions: flat water, steady wind suited to your wing, and minimal current
- A stable board that takes off easily: wingboard for beginners.
- A lightweight and versatile wing: Plus Perf Series.
- A foil that is both easy and fun: Two options are available in the V3 Atmo range: X-Over or Ascent
Make the right choice 👇

Choose an X-Over or Ascent foil?
X-Over V3 Atmo: Designed for smooth learning and easy progression, the X-Over V3 Atmo is perfect for beginners with no previous experience. Thanks to its excellent stability and forgiveness, it is ideal for learning the fundamentals of foiling with confidence.
Although specifically designed for learning wing foiling, its overall performance allows it to take you from your first flights all the way to an advanced foiling level.

Ascent V3 Atmo: For riders who already have experience in foiling or other boardsports, the Ascent V3 Atmo offers greater versatility and performance, allowing for rapid progression and comfort in all conditions.
With more unrestricted performance than the X-Over foil, the Ascent remains accessible thanks to its low-speed lift and forgiveness of imprecise rider inputs. For riders familiar with boardsports or already experienced in another foiling discipline, the Ascent is perfectly suited to learning while offering greater long-term progression potential than the X-Over.

Which size should you choose?
The heavier the rider, the lighter the wind or the smaller the board, the more surface area you will need. Conversely, a lighter rider who is already comfortable with take-offs or rides in steady wind can choose a smaller size for greater maneuverability and speed.

Conclusion:
If you have any doubts about your ability, always choose the safest and most comfortable option. There is no need to put pressure on yourself or risk frustration. The key is to progress quickly and have fun, and a foil like the X-Over gives you everything you need to do just that.
If you have experience in boardsports and this isn’t your first time learning a new discipline (surfing, SUP, kitesurfing, kite foiling,...), you can confidently go for an Ascent. You already know from experience that the breakthroughs will come and progression will follow, and the Ascent is a forgiving foil that you can push far as you progress in wing foiling!
