Overview
The Veloce V3 Atmo Team Series stab maximises glide and average speed without becoming completely neutral underfoot or unstable.
It retains the Veloce V3’s exceptional glide, but its new shape brings much more presence, power and readability. The rider can really push, accelerate and keep the foil cleanly guided through its lines, without adding noticeable drag.
Its aspect ratio of 9.5 stays high without becoming extreme. It reduces induced drag, preserves inertia and extends flights, while keeping enough manoeuvrability to carve hard and control the foil in lively water conditions.
The more centred surface area, refined tips and more powerful profile deliver more front foot pressure and better grip at low speed. The stab supports acceleration without letting the aircraft dive, which limits back foot corrections and improves control at high speed.
The shortened span makes this Veloce more playful and more responsive in pitch than the previous generation. It turns in tighter radii, builds speed easily and remains enjoyable to ride despite its strongly glide-oriented programme.
In freefly, it combines long glides, readable support and real carves. In pumping, it likes a fast cadence and holds speed well. In easy downwind, it builds speed efficiently between the bumps, while remaining more versatile than a pure downwind stab.
The Team Series carbon construction brings the stiffness and precision needed to maintain the profile under load and transmit input directly.
The Veloce V3 Atmo Team Series is therefore the carbon glide and performance stab for going fast, pumping efficiently and extending flights, with far more presence and control than the previous generation.
ASPECT RATIO 9.5
The 9.5 aspect ratio maximises hydrodynamic efficiency, reduces drag and helps the foil maintain its speed over long lines.
It deliberately stays below the extreme ratios of stabs specialised for pump foiling or downwind. The Veloce therefore retains true versatility, ease of use and enjoyable manoeuvrability.
This balance delivers plenty of glide without turning the stab into an exclusive part or one that feels too neutral underfoot.

CENTRED SURFACE
The elongated outline recentres the surface area close to the foil axis to keep pressure points easy to read and improve rail-to-rail transitions.
This distribution brings more presence at low speed, without weighing down the tips or locking in angle changes.
The foil gains finesse and control, with cleaner lines and drive that’s easier to tap into.

LIGHTENED TIPS
The tips have less surface area to reduce induced drag and limit unwanted reactions at the extremities.
This reduction frees up the foil through carves while preserving good manoeuvrability despite the high span and aspect ratio.
The behaviour stays composed and predictable at high speed: stable, but never completely locked in.

GLIDER PROFILE
The profile delivers a solid amount of torque, but without overdoing it, with very little drag. It gives you more front foot pressure and supports acceleration without diving through the nose.
This presence improves how clearly you feel your foot pressure, pumping and speed build-up, while keeping the glide that defines the Veloce.
More forgiving than the previous generation, it widens the operating range and stays composed when speed drops.

MODERATE DIHEDRAL
The moderate dihedral stabilises the foil in yaw and helps hold clean lines through long accelerations.
Slightly more pronounced than on the previous generation, it increases control at high speed without compromising glide or rail to rail transitions.
The foil stays free, but better guided, with clearer drive and more reassuring handling.

REDUCED SPAN
The shorter fuselage length increases pitch responsiveness and makes the foil more playful than the previous generation.
It makes changes of pace easier, tightens carving radiuses, and lets you control the foil more easily in the bumps or through transitions.
The more powerful profile compensates for this reduced lever arm to keep the foil balanced and maintain a clear presence underfoot.

Buying guide
Who is it for?
The Veloce V3 Atmo Team Series is aimed at intermediate to expert riders who want plenty of glide and speed, but do not want a stab that feels completely absent or too specialised.
It suits riders who do freefly, fast freeride, freerace, glide-focused surf, pumping and mellow downwind with a single high-performance stab.
This new generation is easier to read and push than the previous Veloce V3. The feedback under your feet is more direct, without losing the glide that defines the Veloce DNA.
Avoid it if...
The Veloce is not the best choice if you are looking for lots of power, strong front foot pressure and very tight snaps. The Fluid will feel more present and more reactive.
It is also not a pure long-distance pumping or downwind race stab. Specialised models offer less resistance to nose-down torque and a trim better suited to these extreme programmes.
If you are new to foiling or looking for a very reassuring, locked-in stab, an X-Over, an Ascent or a Curve will make more sense.
What for?
In freefly, the Veloce delivers plenty of glide, readable support and enough manoeuvrability to link proper carves on the bumps.
In fast freeride and freerace, it reduces drag, maintains speed and provides enough front foot pressure to push through the pull without having to constantly correct with the back foot.
In surf foiling and fast SUP foiling, it suits riders who like drawing long curves, using the wave's speed and reconnecting with plenty of glide.
In pumping, it offers good speed. It remains easy to understand and is more forgiving than a pure high-aspect pumping stab.
In mellow downwind, it builds speed efficiently between bumps and carries well through flatter sections. For downwind race or very committed lines, choose a dedicated stab.
What size?
The choice depends on the size of the front wing, your build, the craft, the speed and the level of presence you want under your feet.
A larger stab brings more support, more front foot pressure, more low-end range and more control. It also adds drag and tones down manoeuvrability.
A smaller stab frees up speed, glide and rail-to-rail transitions. It reduces front foot pressure and requires more precision in slower phases.
Match the size coherently with your front wing. A stab that is far too small creates a nose-down foil, forces you to push on the back foot and can give a false sense of liveliness at the expense of speed and balance.

2 M6 x 25 mm screws for the V3 SuperLock connection.

Yes, it’s one of its best uses. It offers plenty of glide, predictable support and enough manoeuvrability to really carve on the bumps.
Can it be used for pure pump foiling?
Yes. It pumps easily at a fast cadence and holds speed well. A Trail stab will be easier to learn on, and a specialised high-aspect stab will go further in pure performance.
Is it suitable for downwind?
Yes for cool, versatile downwind runs. For racing or long unassisted runs, a dedicated downwind stab will be more efficient and more naturally balanced through acceleration.
Can it be used for freerace?
Yes. Its low drag, moderate speed and more pronounced front foot pressure let you push hard against the pull while keeping the foil clean and controllable.
Which size should I choose?
Choose a larger size for more support, more front foot pressure and better low-end range. Choose a smaller size for more speed and freedom, without going too small relative to the front wing size.
